If they were both upscaled, I think it might be a tie. But the PS2 does have better reflections and at 60fps. I'm sure with a bit of tweaking and a 60fps cheat code, we could get these to look very similar.
Upscale both to 1080p on an emulator and the PSP takes the crown. Also PCSX2 always have some sort of graphical issues with some games.PPSSPP literally has none(Never had to tweak anything)

Weird how the Ps2 version reported 0fps everytime you stoped moving, but it really shows the differnce, with the Psp unstable 30fps uncapped, with the Ps2 unstable 60fps. The Ps2 is rendering at higher resolution and might be even in higher color depth (the dithering in the Psp version is very noticiable), The Ps2 has better textures and it seems the camera is slightly zoomed out in comparisson to the Psp version. Also it seems depth of field effects are abscent in the Psp version. With all things considered tough the Psp version is not bad for a portable version and the dithering and lower resolution is not that noticeable in the Psp native lcd screen. One thing i didn´t know : does the Ps2 support anisotropic filtering? I thought only mipmapping was supported and i am not sure if this game uses it?🤔

@@KyleRuggles It looks like the Ps2 has better textures and light effects and also some depth of field effects seem to be abscent in the Psp.
