my setting does open but the screen froze when i press the search button

These tiles(icon/file) are for Win 8.0 or Win 8.1 only so.. this might not work on win 7.

It only happens when PC gets affected by some sort of virus ..
I downloaded an antivirus and cleared 3 trojan viruses and it started working.
