I was just sitting on my closet floor for an hour struggling with the math of how to divide my stitches till I had a stomach ache, and this calculation solved it completely! THANK YOU!!!
I also watched the neck calculation video. both very useful video, exactly what I was looking for. how do we need to calculate the front panels for the cardigan? should it be the same as the back panel or should it be a few more loops?
I did a unisex raglan top down joined after finish v neck , and it looked terrible on My partner (male) in the front!!! It is really conplicated to have a Nice fit in man the back , the front ,the sleeves and the underarm área. I Lost the battle😢 ( because i wanted to make it top down and joined in the round) I think i Will make it bottom up to get a better fit.
I am sorry but I am not good in math. I know that this is the simplest form of the problem but still I cannot get it. Help me divide 120 stitches please. I will appreciate so much if you could help me. Beginner here.

Hi !
Sometimes there are short rows in the back section so that the back neck is higher. Do you know how to calculate that ?
I understand the calculation. Thank you. My question is how do you arrive at 116 sts.? Is there a method to get that figure.
See the previously video. She explain how she got 116 sts
