Thank you Dr Bri. Is the 10 minute routine suitable for a 6 months pregnant woman who has pretty good core strength and does a bit of exercise most days?
Thank you, Dr Bri. Several male Jiu Jitsu competitors at our Academy using your program to deal with hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction after training and competitions. Jiu Jitsu is really harsh on the pelvic floor. Thanks again. Nikolas
That's AWESOME! I'm so glad you and your fellow competitors are using my info, and taking care of your pelvic floor health! I've never done Jiu-Jitsu, but I can see how it would be tough on the pelvic floor. So much activation... it needs a chance to release. I'm glad I can help! Please stay tuned to my TH-cam channel for weekly workouts, yoga and more.
Your contagious smile shine so brightly and inviting us to take advantage of your inestimable teaching. Nice green background and so pretty effect of the wind. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and talent so freely 🦋💜💙
Great question! I refer to core activation as "zipping up." Basically, you're activating your pelvic floor (like a very gentle Kegel lift) and the low abs. They work together naturally, so it should feel really good to activate them as a team! >> If you need more details, here's a video about zipping up: th-cam.com/video/h5VzNHSY4DM/w-d-xo.html and here's a blog post: www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/blog/how-to-zip
DR.Bri this is the perfect workout after the holiday, I do have DR and after doing the warrior pose, I felt a bit tight in my inner thighs + hip flexor. Is it normal? what else I can do to cure the tightness? We need this kinda of videos, I also liked the morning workout no props one as well. Thank you so much dr.bri
@@tanushreepareek8208 yes! It's for pelvic floor tension, and toward the end of the program we bring in gradual/gentle total core strengthening. In order to successfully treat DR, you need to be able to strengthen the entire core. But in order to strengthen the entire core, your muscles must learn to relax FIRST. That's why my Overcome Pelvic Pain for Women program is so effective... even for things like DR. Here's a free trial of Overcome: bit.ly/OPPWforfree
I had a prolapse fix done a couple of years ago. I just started doing yoga. Is it safe to do warrior 2 pose? What yoga poses should I avoid? Thanks in advance.
Make sure to maintain good posture, and breathe properly. If you feel something is off, then you might want to adjust your moves. I recommend checking my Lift program for prolapse relief bit.ly/liftforfree
Dr. I want to ask that is it safe to do these exercise if someone is suffering from anal fissures.?? I'm having tight PF due to fissure but fissure is not healing due to tight PF, so should i do these exercise, plz reply...

Yes, they can be safe if you follow the instructions. Please make sure to listen to your body, and modify/ stop the moves as needed. ~ Leila
What do you mean with engaging/ zipping up the core: the lower abdominal muscles or also the pelvic floor, as in the Kegel lift??
