I work in Coldstone for about a year
It was amazing. Apart from the yummy ice-cream I learnt how to make ice-cream, shakes, smoothie and ice-cream cakes.
We don't do the singing anymore

My wife and I managed a few cold stone stores, the ice cream has a higher fat content than any other ice cream which makes it creamier than any other. That’s about it.
I've travelled 2 hours for this ice cream. It was definitely worth it ngl.

I've only been to coldstone once many moons ago, it was being so hyped I was curious ,was it good? Yes, was it life changing? No.I found it to be overpriced and not nearly as satisfying as I imagined. With that said if you've never been and are curious definitely check it out who knows it might become your newest obsession it just didn't do it for me

You don’t actually need to know anything of these before going into a cold stone.
It’s just talking about the history of goldstone and what you can add to your ice cream. you can order large batches to take home with custom toppings. And the stuff there is really fat. You can get custom cakes there.

I love Cold Stone it’s my favorite ice cream place. I love the texture of the ice cream and that I have the choice to add my own toppings if I wanted it. Usually the ice cream already have nuts which I’m allergic to so this is perfect 🥰

Way before Coldstone Creamery there was Steve’s Ice cream in Davis Square Somerville, Massachusetts. They were the first to do mix ins.
I went to Steve's when it first opened in 1973 when I was in college. We would even go there in a snow storm!

@@gamingship1206 Like Coldstone but made in large ice cream makers in the window of the original shop. Old fashioned in no preservatives. Some standard flavors and some daily specials. Mix in done in front of you on marble slabs. Steve's sold out to some big company and now you can buy pints in the grocery store. Never the same.

I don't have a Coldstone in my town but i have tasted that Cold Stone Sweet Cream flavor coffee creamer by International Delight. Its really good.
Next time you travel see if there's a cold Stone along the way or at your destination, and try the sweet cream ice cream, I'd say even without anything in it. Delicious. They let you sample any of the flavors too. My favorite is the sweet cream, cake batter, and oatmeal cookie batter. And prefer no toppings, but they got any topping you would need 😊

Good quality ice cream for premium price. As a teen, I wanted to enjoy it, but mix-ins were expensive and we only ever got a teaspoon of each! So disappointing -it made it feel so cheap and not worth it. Hence, I hardly went then and never go now. I'll stick to Baskin Robin's.

Fun fact: Coldstone goes by the name 酷聖石 in Chinese，which translates to “Cool Holy Stone”.
I have no idea why, but I guess it sounds better than a more direct translation of the original name, eg. 冷石頭 (Cold stone) or 冰石 (Icestone/Coldstone), lol.

I work at coldstone ask us if you want us to sing if we are busy it’s hard to feel like we have time to sing and in fact my stores owner says only sing if asked to keep up the speed

Pure nestolgia at Coldstone, sure I tried lots of amazing creations like chocolate ice cream, with salted caramel and coconut, or vanilla with cherry and almonds or the Oreo overload there's one flavour that stands out for me it's also my ace flavour the birthday cake remix.
The birthday cake remix is hands down the best ever created it was my favourite as a young adult and still my favourite flavour 20 consecutive years.
