Man, watching you pour the ice cream out of the bag brought back some forgotten memories 😆 I used to hold the bags the same way when i had to refill McDonald's ice cream machines. I always showed new people to hold it that way, because some of my coworkers would dump that stuff EVERYWHERE
I used to work with milkshake machines when I worked at Disney. We had basically large cartons of the milkshake mix, and just pour that into the machine. "Heat mode" is the biggest headache and sucks when everyone comes in on a hot day wanting a milkshake but the machine wont let us.
