    Nicely done! This will help many first time Japan visitors,
    and likely second timers as well... Me, I'm on my
    Third go-round, so there is no help for me,
    just wandering around Japan aimlessly, knocking on random doors and asking people, "Where should I go next?", it's not pretty!

    • @TwosomeTravellers
      @TwosomeTravellers  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hahaha brilliant! Sometimes it's a lot of fun just taking a wander and seeing what you can find. Hope you are having a fabulous time and eating all the great Japanese food!!

    Hey James and Alex - great video as we are looking at going to Japan skiing at Hakuba in December and then a couple of weeks tripping around the golden triangle. Quick query - how do you guys travel btw the train station to your accommodation and then to the attractions in each city. We imagine the public transport system is pretty good and Google maps usually provides the answer? Thanks Craig & Nat

    • @TwosomeTravellers
      @TwosomeTravellers  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey Craig & Nat! Thats a great question, we love to walk around cities and if the attractions aren't too far away we will do that. Otherwise the metro system is amazing, ALWAYS on time. We have actually done a video on whether it is worth getting the JR pass since the price has increased, and shared some links to work out your journeys and cost involved (in the video description) Google maps works very well in Japan. Taxis are very expensive in Japan, although it is a really cool experience (you'll understand when you see them) We would also recommend downloading Grab (like Uber) which works well and is convenient to use if you can't get public transport. Hope that helps! :)

    Guys, how do you travel with your luggages through the cities? You leave them at hotels before exploring cities? 😊

    • @TwosomeTravellers
      @TwosomeTravellers  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey! Yes we often do that. We either check in early and leave at the new hotel, or we leave them at our departing hotel for the day :)

    ONE point of view,
    'Takiyama' 'Takayama'are complently difference.
    高山 is pronounced 'Ta「ka」yama'.

      Don't worry
      but some visitors come to Japan,
      滝山(Takiyama)、高山(Takayama)。
      Just,I'm concerned about them,a little. Don't worry!

    In japan, woman can shave her fase at barber. Womans shaving(dermaplaning) can do at barber is only in japan.
    Womans shaving is japanese traditional culture from 300years ago. If you go to japan again, please experience womans shaving at barber.

      Masks were a thing in Japan long before Covid. People still wear them for the same reasons they wore them before 😊

      It's hay fever. There are too many hay fever patients in Japan. Some kind of pollen is scattered throughout the year, but more people will be wearing masks in the upcoming season.
