- Hello design champs! Today I went through four of your logo designs. Some of them were personal logos and some of them were logos for practice. I'm not sure if all of my redesigns were a good direction but hopefully each designer can take at least one thing as an idea for their logo. Thanks for being here guys! the aerolite logo is super nice but the shape looks like a dropper or like children's chopsticks that are attached at the top. I feel like it was a bit confusing.

When I first saw the Aerolite logo I thought of the eyedropper tool instead of a rocket

hahah Tom! I had a whole plan to create a pattern out of green and black O's, to use on flyers or Zoo materials, then remove O's from the pattern to create animals or text that advertise the new displays and animals. It was legit : P

Alright this might sound a little random. But as a designer I used to struggle with wanting to hunt/advertise for freelance logo/design work outside of my very busy senior designer day job...but watching your enthusiasm and energy has got me amped and I've started picking up a lot more work again. So I'm just here to say thanks and keep up the good work!

I love your logo before and afters so much! Your goofball personality makes it so fun to watch plus I find the skill level high and I learn things. There were some especially satisfying ones in this one, especially the Twitch one is so clean and coherent now.

I’m mostly a Photoshop person but I’m currently learning how to use Illustrator in one of my courses so I’ve told a lot of classmates about your channel. (Since we all have a hard time understanding the instructor’s demos lol)

I was hoping you’d change the colors of the last one to yellow, blue and red, and the clean colors. Because you know they’re the base colors to make any other color and it kinda makes sense😅
I think they are purposefully red green and blue like RGB which are the base colors for light? still not totally sure why one or the other so correct me if I'm wrong
@@lovablerachela2 - real-life paint mixing is subtractive (eg, cmyk) vs on-screen that is additive (eg, rgb). It makes no sense to put an additive model of light on a logo for a place that only works with physical paints.
Just to explain better: when you add all colour lightwaves together it produces white (additive) vs when you add all colour pigments together it produces black (subtractive).

Why would you redesign their logos if you cant even make a good looking thumbnail
speaking as an architect. Something that I've noticed is that designers don't really spend time designing the space in which they are occupying. Every architect's apartment I go to is a mess. But that just might be myself. From my perspective, I spend so much time and effort rethinking spaces everywhere else that my own shit is where I can just be free of that.

idk how I feel about adding the extra "o"s on the zoo lol. Also gotta admit I originally thought the rocket was a pipet lol. Love what you did to the twitch channel logo (although it was a cool idea on the "noob" part of it too)

i think tayab's original purple logo was inspired by the twitch logo hence the spacing and sharp corners
