- So a lot of you guys have been asking for this cover and honestly I've been holding back because I've been working on original music and also because I've been pretty happy lately lol and those emotions wouldn't translate well into a song like this. But, I have gone through something like this at one point and I thought I'd recapture that feeling with this cover. Sorry for going on a rant lol. But I hope guys enjoy this cover and it's completely live and raw for you guys!

Credit. I'm a seasoned and well experienced guitarist (35 years dedicated to the craft) and that's tough to play accurately and sing along with. John is a bit of a freak of nature, I assure you. Ask any guitarist worth his or her salt and not too prideful to admit it.

To play this on electric guitar is hard enough. But to use an acoustic is just legendary.

I don't see why people think it's hard to play things on electric vs acoustic. If anything I find it more effortless to play my acoustic because of the thicker strings, and my bendy noodle hands make it easy to deal with the larger frets. I don't see a big difference between electric and acoustic, other than sound and what I choose to play on both

@@mountain_guest2174 my acoustic is pretty crap and I've never felt any difference between the two. If someone has problems playing an acoustic then they need to practice more. if someone can't control their sound on an acoustic then They need to practice. Everything that I can play on my electric I can play on my acoustic (though it might not sound great since my acoustic is not a great guitar in the slightest). This might stem from my first guitar which was also electric being set up really bad, requiring me to have to push really hard to play it proper, but being able to play good is all in practice
This isn't the first time I've said this, and it probably won't be the last time either, but you're going to make it big someday dude. Don't be discouraged that you aren't there yet, just embrace the come up while you can. Keep doing what you obviously love, and keep pumping out amazing content like this, and it's only a matter of time until you're living your dream. I don't think you realize how good you actually are, because you're honestly on some top 1% shit. Cheers mate 🍺

Simply blown away man. That was one of the most free flowing and heart felt interpretations of this classic. It's one thing to nail it but you did it effortlessly and in that process, made it your own. Your guitar phrasing and your vocal nuance were both soaring over mundane existence.
