I would argue that all music is mixed. Technically even the choice of location, instrument and microphone is mixing since they all affect the sound in different ways. For example, the body/material of an acoustic guitar or recording outdoors vs in a church. In no way is that related to the quality of the performance. Mixing is, at its base, just a tool to enhance listener experience mainly by making the layers of the song easier to distinguish. As a disclaimer, I just read "mixed to death" and went on a rant. No offense meant. I agree with the general essence of your statement :)

if i remember correctly, this song has 7 chord changes which is already complicated enough. but the mix with blues and jazz and the various techniques (sliding, pick placement, bends, vibrato using the neck). oh and yea, you have to have a good voice and sing over all that

What's so amazing is that despite it's complexity, it's a very catchy and accessible song. I heard it for the first time in the 90s as a teenager and instantly loved it.

AND actually the song ITS technical but look aT TH-cam AND look for different Fingerstyle arrangements of Little Wing AND you can choose the one that ITS better for you. You should check Skid Row's version AND ITS super good from the begining until the end. 700 hours ITS too much cause i think in lees than one month playing It everyday It Will be easier each day believe me.

I’ve always found it interesting how much marketing plays into the crap that’s on the radio today. Forget about their abilities to actually play an instrument, but do they have the right look, the right height, are they wearing the right clothes? This guy has more talent in his little finger than most of the musical acts that clog our airwaves. Respect.
