- I saw this hammer drill at a scrap metal shop and bought it at the lowest price to get its internal parts. Looking at it in detail, I think it is still more useful than removing the parts. Of course, I decided to convert it from electricity to batteries power tool. Although it is not very pretty, it can work just like any other hammer drill. I'm really satisfied with this achievement.

The Ingersoll Rand 114GQC Air Hammer th-cam.com/users/postUgkxqqoaX03nrziKwF7Bjjcc71YzLEleMvOS was just the tool I needed. I Use it to remove stuck bolts. If held at the right angle you can cut slightly into the bolt. Then turn the air hammer to where it will hammer the stuck bolt to unspin the bolt. Given a little practice it works great. This air hammer gives you the control needed to get the job done right. Very powerful yet still does not seem to have as much vibration as other guns I have used. One of the best I have gotten my hands on.

How you can ensure that the motor won't spin around the extra piece what you added? 13:37
That’s the first thing I thought too. The press fit looked tight, but it needed some kind of anchor to ensure it doesn’t eventually start spinning around the shaft.
The correct tolerance fit would make sure that never spun. Many pillar drills have chucks that are just interference fit.
Thermal expansion after the first use should "weld?!" it.

Mate interesting videos learn about editing and presentation. I find myself watching in 2x speed and it works so much better. It'd be even better if you played some at 2x and some at 1.5x ect deciding what's important and what's not. Could really improve your videos.

What might be a good project for someone seems a complete waste of time and money. The cost of batteries charger and new motor for change of voltage plus an adaptor to clip the batteries to. How long will that press fit connection from motor to drive shaft last before slipping. It does work though. Why Why why?
