!!! I'm sorry for the mistake if I did in this video !!!
Thank you very much for choosing to watch my video!
Have a nice day
Gear Show
This was a perfect video in every way no loud beginning no music while working no explanation just you playing with your awesome tools
Reminds me of the video where someone makes a chicken sandwich completely from scratch and the whole process costs them a thousand bucks.
Sounds like a Nile red video

As usual you make amazing restoration videos. And to be honest, there are many restoration ideas that I can learn from your videos. stay healthy and keep working.
Excellent little conversion Mr. Gear Show, as always. Great to watch you work, and also great to know that tool has a whole new lease of a way more convenient life for someone 👍👍👍. 😎
🤝🏻🤜🏻🤛🏻🇧🇷
Yup, doesn't stall under load, great job!
I really like your method, very quality, greetings from Indonesia,🖐️🇮🇩🙏👍❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hello mister beautiful restoration beautifully converted well done
Ladies and Gentlemen, gather around, gather around! Have you ever seen anything this electrifying? No, you haven't! I'm talkin' turning a corded circular saw into a cordless wonder! This is better than a two-for-one deal at Saul Goodman & Associates! I mean, come on! 220V to 20V? You're not just bending the laws of physics, you're breaking 'em, and then rewriting 'em! That's what I call real legal wizardry, my friend.
If you ever need a patent for that magnificent invention, you better call Saul, baby! We're talkin' intellectual property! We're talkin' making you the next big thing since, I don't know, the invention of the wheel or something! Keep this high-voltage content coming, Gear Show! You're makin' history here!
Mr. Gear Show is always a good restorer and satisfying because always every time a new video comes out he does an incredibly amazing and interesting job....Be safe and have all you want...Love your grade 10 videos🙏🙏❤️❤️🇷🇴🇷🇴😘😘
Thank you! I'm glad to hear that.
@@gear_showwere can i learn to calculate how to rewind a motor. Many thanks for the information.
All the best
It would have been nice if you showed the wiring. That’s the one part of this that was perhaps the most pertinent to the title of the video.
Cool to see the transformation! I think an explanation would add a lot to the video and help people understand what they are seeing
You are really smart and creative in your work. As always, I enjoyed this video❤

❤
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed this video.
Excellent restoration 👍👍👍Thank you for sharing. Be safe🇨🇦
You're welcome, thank you!
Fuck canada
Rotors, my least favourite part of rewinding motors. Would suggest getting some high copper brushes though, as the plain carbon ones will burn out fast, and probably are already robbing you of a good chunk of power there, and thus RPM. Could also have wound it using a shunt field, original windings would have done well enough, though of course using heavier wire and series would make it a lot more powerful.
*Thank you for a very good video. Valuable leason learned!* 👍❤😊
My pleasure, I'm glad you learn something from this video.
Again Win!!!
Beautiful work!!!
thank you teacher❤❤❤
Great job, thank you brother. You are so talented
Amazing! If I had a hidraulic press and a lathe, I would try to do it.
This is more effective than a regular circular saw 💪🇵🇭
From a technical point of view, everything is fine, bravo, but an important detail, if you plan to use it, then do not forget to integrate protective electronics so that when biting the material you don’t burn everything to hell, and 7000 rpm is too much
From technical point of view it's totally impractical.
First time of watched someone hand wind a motor…. Sub granted.
Excellent restoration
Thanks for sharing!
I recommend you to use brushes with copper mixed with carbon for low voltage to get the best performance
Okay, thank you for sharing!
Nice conversion
We don't get Makita's less expensive line in North America. I'm surprised that they would be in Japan. I thought they were only for less affluent markets. How is there quality?
Here, in the countries of Eastern Europe (CIS), the Makita Tool is a common noun of the word "Quality tool"
SUPER
how long this 18v 4amp hour batery can run this.
Chúc bạn và gia đình hạnh phúc
Jolie travail
Amazing conversion and restoration. Would have been perfect to see a custom 3d designed and printed support for the battery module, but still, that's impressive!
Yeah, that battery bracket was a total let down. Would've been better to just epoxy the battery base down.
Bro Can you give me Formula of Armature Winding
Great job I appreciate your skills , some people have time , most people just buy them
Why does the motor need to be rewound? Couldn't the existing windings be used? Or would they not produce enough torque with only 18v input since they were designed for much more?
Laws of electricity speak against 😅👷🏻♂️
Amazing restoration job, that took some work 👍👍
An artist in the sense of the word
Look at the cute little torche 😂
“It’s perfect”
Super 👍👏
You are a very good TH-camr, can I get a comment heart?❤
Yes of course
If the starter coil just burns out, why does it have to be replaced?
Then the rotor is removed from the magnet
(sanded) then changed to coil rotor?. Please explain master 🙏
This is an experiment project. You're right if you want it to be restored.
@gear_show thanks , great job guys .
Có bán lại sản phẩm ko a 😊😊
Great work sir you are awesome Thanks for sharing 😊
You're welcome, thank you!
epic. great stuff. saw looks like it cuts terribly though.
Does Makita Battery Have BMS?
You deserve a "LIKE" 👍
Amazing conversion.
Very intuitive but cost effects everything I'd suggest just buying a cordless one good vid though
why do you use wood in the engine? can't that start to burn with harder use of the machine?
dude you are amazing. I know because after I stripped this down I would just walk away...thats that lol...nice
Thank you!
Did you check to see if the old copper windings were bad before redoing it? I'm ignorant and am seeking understanding.
1/10 Voltage result in windings carrying 10 times the current 🤔
Dapat ilmu baru
Ryobi and makita and dewalt already make battery powered saws but good work doing it.
Bom trabalho 👏👏
Well, with all respect, 6 amps at 20V is 120 watts. 120 watts just to spin a blade seems like a lot... Are you sure the brush angle corresponds to the magnet angle?
Qual produto usou para a limpeza?
What product did you use to clean?
3:06 Would it have been possible to use two bars as one and double up so there is effectively 12 bars rather than replace the commutator?
🙏ikut nyimak & belajar,,,🙏👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
Thank you!
Loved the conversion.
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
This is very cool. Jewelry work!
Do a shop tour
Excellent. Congratulations!
Thank you very much!
Hey,
totall noob here, but how do you calculate how many bars the commutator need when converting from 220v to 20v and how many turns you need?
Awesome.
True engineering.
😂😂Someone asks this guy what brand is that?? My own custom brand😂
perfeição manutenção 😍 👏
Keren bang
👍💯
Belo trabalho parabéns
The fact this is 110 volts makes that title of the video sound so much more credible. lmao
Great job...
Do you think if i send my wife to you, you could restore her, and adjust her voltage she been running terrible and making a horrible noise.. think shes wired wrong and screws starting to fall out. Might just chuck her out and get a new one
Imagine what you could build if you had a 3D printer? XD
mantap nih
Quite impressive!
battery does not have enough rotation
Batteries dont rotate ?
Came in here thinking hes going to rework the frame pop in a chip for a battery and done, but when the lathe came out it wa over lol
I would like to watch a conversion into a Brushless motor.
