I have another question, do others experience their expression pedal loosening and just falling to toe down position frequently? I can and do tighten it up with the supplied allen key, but it just seems to happen quite a bit more than I'd expect.
Hey! I downloaded the free patch to test and the zip folder don’t have any IR to download to my PoD Go Edit, only the patches but not the IR. What I can do?
Hi Guys, maybe you can help me out with a problem. I was studying as I do every single day and suddenly some of my presets just stopped working. No sound at all, have you been through this before? I think half of them isn’t working.
No matter what I do, I cannot drag and drop files into HX Edit. When I try, my mouse shows a red circle with a line through it. I imported the patches by selecting a slot and double clicking the file, but there is nothing I can do about the IRs. PLEASE someone help me, I can’t find anything on the internet about this issue.
Related to this subject, when I did the recent firmware update, I made a back-up and did the reset (as line 6 recommends). When I tried to import my back-up the hx stomp kept freezing and the import stalled. I tried a different usb cable, and a power supply and it kept freezing. I use my stomp as my amps and some effects (using WT patches of course) and I also control it via midi and use the fx loop for my delay and reverb. For whatever reason, I had to unplug all the cables except the USB and power for the import to work. Hope this helps someone if they run into the same issue.
Still no reply from their customer service been over a week, cannot upload via windows 10 to Helix Lt IR pack Martin D35 ,its says MAC OXS ,that cant be right !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I need to pick a beef you about all these patches…and nothing to do with loading…stop making all amps sound like ac30s! I get it, your worship guitarists but to my ears you tend to tweak all these patches to aim to be an ac30 sound rather than getting a fender to play like a fender and my loved plexi to be the plexi.
You may not like our stuff 🤷🏻♂️ we use IRs to match the normal speaker configuration of the amp and then spend time comparing the patch to clips of the amp and characteristics the amps are known for.
@@bmitchellmusic oh hey I like your sounds..they’re top notch ac30 type sounds. Just wish they’re was other patches that could do other type of less chimey tones..for an example, and still worship music, there’s the hillsong, hendroff/u2 thing which I think your tones are all in the same type of zone and then there’s Stu G - access D type sounds…a genuine plexi souhd. Just would be cool to have that option tweaked with your ears, because yes you do a great job getting good sounds.

I have Windows 11 and it will not let me drag and drop. So confused.

Just downloaded the IR pack Martin D35 it will not load via windows 11 to Helix LT ?
Great, but what if I have a bundle of patches for Helix which imports some but not others? Helix 3.15.
