So sorry to see this, but as Stacy says “Nobody got hurt”, that is the main thing. Maybe you can do a tour of the Atlanta NIRVC as you get fixed. Continue to keep the great attitude, so glad you’re OK.

What a bummer! Look on the positive side, at least you didn't hit a deer doing 65 like we did. On a side note, I would also recommend getting a AUTOWOEL dash cam (I like FN8) because of the 170° field of view and it's night vision or similar. Also, I like having the rear camera as well to keep someone from saying I rolled backwards into them when stopped at red lights and such on an incline. Hopefully, NIRVC will have you fixed up and back on the road soon! *Inattentive drivers/Cell phone-texting drivers are becoming more and more dangerous by the numbers. Glad everyone is ok, but hate to see your baby like that because I know exactly how it feels. 🦺🚧🚔
1st. I’m very grateful to hear that everyone is safe and unharmed. I’m so sorry for Freedom’s injuries. I’m sure when you awake each morning you must think that you just had a bad dream. Then there’s reality. I don’t doubt for a moment that Freedom will be better than new if that’s possible! Tom and Stacy, when I first saw the notice for your new video my heart skipped some beats. So sorry Freedom had an accident. Thankfully no one was hurt. It still puts that sinking feeling in your gut. Like you said, plans and reservations had to be canceled, changed but they can be made again once everything is back in place. Hang in there! We're vicariously living it with you as you live through life's journey.

So sorry to hear about your accident. We all fear it! We went to Spartan Academy this year for one week that turned into 3 weeks of living under a canopy with our 3 dogs. I also had to change reservations and even lost money. We always have to make lemonade out of lemons. I love how you keep saying that no one was hurt and it could have been worse. You will get to all of your places eventually. We wish you Godspeed in getting your pretty new baby back to new. We are on our way to NIRVC in Dallas for annual maintenance and a few repairs. I agree that knowing they are regionally available gives peace of mind. Keep smiling and doing great videos!

We have had to reschedule this year (as well) more than plans have worked out. We are heading to Savannah (Creekside RV Resort) after the Hershey show. Safer Travels!!
So glad nobody was injured. I know all about canceling reservations. On our summer trip to the Tetons, Keith developed a terrible toothache. We found out from a dentist in Jackson, Wyoming that he needed a root canal. We had to change a month's worth of plans to have all the dental work done. You just never know from one moment to the next.

Mike is the best and we also purchased from NIRVC for many reasons including their locations across the country. So sorry you have to go through this, but she will be as good as new and back on the road before you know it. As you know the good far outweighs the bad in this amazing lifestyle.

That is just so sad. We are full timers too and had our trips cancelled from May on due to a brother passing of Covid. Had to get back to the family ranch and take care of things. Then a month later, we both got Covid, survived it thank goodness, it really got us good. We decided to take a break and came to Alaska for 35 days (without the RV). We're still here...rented homes all throughout the loop and it's worked out and revived our spirits a bit. Looking forward to getting back to our RV travels SOON! Our hearts just broke for ya'll seeing this. :/ Praying you can get back on the road soon!

So sorry guys! And so glad no one got hurt and it wasn’t any worse! I know how things can change your plans for sure, we just spent 3 months traveling across the US that had to be changed up quite a few times due to circumstances. It was supposed to be our big Alaska trip we had been planning for two years, but of course the border never opened in time for us to go so we changed it. Then once we got out west all the wild fires changed our plans several times, we had to leave a few areas early because of the fires, actually drove through the fires 3 different times. Then our soft start went out on our solar so our ac didn’t work if we weren’t hooked up to shore and with two big dogs that put a huge damper on what we could do with it being so hot out west this year. Ended up just giving up and coming home 3 weeks early. Hoping for the best with your situation and look forward to seeing you all soon! God Bless.
Hey Jennifer! So sorry to hear about your trip. That's a real bummer that you couldn't get to Alaska this year, and then to have the fires and the soft start issues too. Not the summer y'all planned for either. Glad you made it home safely.
Was worried before your video started. Was then relieved to find that nobody was injured, the damage looks fixable and that all parties aparently have insurance. It always seems to cost a lot more to do repairs that you would think just by looking at the surface. You were both smart to pick a company that has many repair centers. Hoping that it all goes smoothly with a happy ending. Like the Iowa shirt.
Oh man. I'm feel so bad for you all. My husband cringed when he saw the marks on the Red Raider colors. The NIRVC people will make things right. We bought our rig (used) from them and it was a great experience. We needed a repair to a slide mechanism done in March and we went to their location in Surprise, AZ. They had us out in less than a day. I think they really understand when it comes to working on full-timers' rigs. We'll be in Texas this winter maybe, we'll see you down the road.
Awe that’s so sad your new beautiful Newmar got damaged. So glad you guys are ok and rolling with it though. We have a 2022 Dutchstar on order from the same NIRVC location you’re going to so we’re very familiar with it. Has been a great experience thus far. We live only about 30 minutes from there, and we’d enjoy meeting you guys if you’re inclined. We’ll be first time full timers when we get our Dutchstar early next year and I’ll be working from the road. We love your videos. If we don’t get to see you best of luck with the repairs and adjusting your plans!
A helpful hint!! Don't forget to have the repair facility finalize the repair with a front end wheel alignment. A good facility is already aware of it though. The last thing you need is another headache from this accident 4 months from now with a premature wore out right, left or both steering tire. Safe travels ya'll!

I know it can be fixed, but the inconvenience is heartbreaking after all you guys have been through getting it all set up for the road. Blessings that god was looking after you both. Its so frustrating all it takes is one person not paying attention to ruin your day. But at least they stopped. There are so many people driving without licenses,insurance,registered and inspected vehicles. Then you have the stolen vehicles. That all take off after causing an accident. Beautiful rig you have. Hopefully it won't be to much of an inconvenience to get repaired.
Sorry to hear about the accident. You will be in good hands with NIRVC. The waiting TV/lounge room and the separate lunch room area at Lawrenceville GA is very nice. You will have 50 amp hookup at each assigned "waiter" site in the parking lot. They have a water and dump station, and the techs many times will do the dump and water fill for you when it is pulled into the bay. We will be at NIRVC on November 6th for a week! We totally agree with you that NIRVC is the outfit you want in your corner when things go wrong!
We are so very sorry that happen to you guys.. Your good folks and it's hard when good folks get rained on. But like you said, it's material and no one got hurt and that's what's important. I truly believe that when something like this happens, it's actually saving you from something worst that could have happen down the road. Hopefully freedom get's repaired fast and you'll be back better then ever..
Sorry about your accident. It is very minor and yes an inconvenience. We totaled an almost new diesel pusher a year ago and we and our dogs walked away. That was quite the experience.
I am so so so so sorry to hear this. Someone wasn't paying attention. Or they were on their darn cellphone. In any case, THEIR insurance is not going to be happy. I guess a diversion trip to Newmar is now in order. They will take GREAT CARE of you. It will be new again. Try not to fret, none of the 4 of you were injured and metal and fiberglass can be replaced. Our thoughts are with you, keep us up to date on the progress.

That is just so sad. We are full timers too and had our trips cancelled from May on due to a brother passing of Covid. Had to get back to the family ranch and take care of things. Then a month later, we both got Covid, survived it thank goodness, it really got us good. We decided to take a break and came to Alaska for 35 days (without the RV). We're still here...rented homes all throughout the loop and it's worked out and revived our spirits a bit. Looking forward to getting back to our RV travels SOON! Our hearts just broke for ya'll seeing this. :/ Praying you can get back on the road soon!

So sorry guys! And so glad no one got hurt and it wasn’t any worse! I know how things can change your plans for sure, we just spent 3 months traveling across the US that had to be changed up quite a few times due to circumstances. It was supposed to be our big Alaska trip we had been planning for two years, but of course the border never opened in time for us to go so we changed it. Then once we got out west all the wild fires changed our plans several times, we had to leave a few areas early because of the fires, actually drove through the fires 3 different times. Then our soft start went out on our solar so our ac didn’t work if we weren’t hooked up to shore and with two big dogs that put a huge damper on what we could do with it being so hot out west this year.
Ended up just giving up and coming home 3 weeks early. Hoping for the best with your situation and look forward to seeing you all soon! God Bless.

Was worried before your video started. Was then relieved to find that nobody was injured, the damage looks fixable and that all parties aparently have insurance. It always seems to cost a lot more to do repairs that you would think just by looking at the surface. You were both smart to pick a company that has many repair centers. Hoping that it all goes smoothly with a happy ending. Like the Iowa shirt.

Oh man. I'm feel so bad for you all. My husband cringed when he saw the marks on the Red Raider colors. The NIRVC people will make things right. We bought our rig (used) from them and it was a great experience. We needed a repair to a slide mechanism done in March and we went to their location in Surprise, AZ. They had us out in less than a day. I think they really understand when it comes to working on full-timers' rigs. We'll be in Texas this winter maybe, we'll see you down the road.

Awe that’s so sad your new beautiful Newmar got damaged. So glad you guys are ok and rolling with it though. We have a 2022 Dutchstar on order from the same NIRVC location you’re going to so we’re very familiar with it. Has been a great experience thus far. We live only about 30 minutes from there, and we’d enjoy meeting you guys if you’re inclined. We’ll be first time full timers when we get our Dutchstar early next year and I’ll be working from the road. We love your videos. If we don’t get to see you best of luck with the repairs and adjusting your plans!
A helpful hint!! Don't forget to have the repair facility finalize the repair with a front end wheel alignment. A good facility is already aware of it though. The last thing you need is another headache from this accident 4 months from now with a premature wore out right, left or both steering tire. Safe travels ya'll!

I’m so so sorry for you guys. Im sure glad you were not hurt. I know it can be fixed, but the inconvenience is heartbreaking after all you guys have been through getting it all set up for the road. Its so frustrating all it takes is one person not paying attention to ruin your day. But at least they stopped. There are so many people driving without licenses,insurance,registered and inspected vehicles. Then you have the stolen vehicles. That all take off after causing an accident. Beautiful rig you have. Hopefully it won't be to much of an inconvenience to get repaired.

Sorry to hear about the accident. You will be in good hands with NIRVC. The waiting TV/lounge room and the separate lunch room area at Lawrenceville GA is very nice. You will have 50 amp hookup at each assigned "waiter" site in the parking lot. They have a water and dump station, and the techs many times will do the dump and water fill for you when it is pulled into the bay. We will be at NIRVC on November 6th for a week! We totally agree with you that NIRVC is the outfit you want in your corner when things go wrong!

We are so very sorry that happen to you guys.. Your good folks and it's hard when good folks get rained on. But like you said, it's material and no one got hurt and that's what's important. I truly believe that when something like this happens, it's actually saving you from something worst that could have happen down the road. Hopefully freedom get's repaired fast and you'll be back better then ever..

Sorry about your accident. It is very minor and yes an inconvenience. We totaled an almost new diesel pusher a year ago and we and our dogs walked away. That was quite the experience.

I am so so so so sorry to hear this. Someone wasn't paying attention. Or they were on their darn cellphone. In any case, THEIR insurance is not going to be happy. I guess a diversion trip to Newmar is now in order. They will take GREAT CARE of you. It will be new again. Try not to fret, none of the 4 of you were injured and metal and fiberglass can be replaced. Our thoughts are with you, keep us up to date on the progress.
