      @@pop-popmoose5359 Tossed mine in the garbage two weeks ago. They lasted 2 seasons and the rubber deteriorated so badly a couple of them fell off. Bad quality and definitely not worth the price. Bought the Andersen buckets and couldn’t be happier.

    We bought a new Class C from NIRVC back in 2016. They mainly sell high end class A’s, but we were treated like royalty! A year or so later, we go to a large RV show in Atlanta- as we walk up to NIRVC’s area- they called to me by name ! Last year , the drivers side mirror on the Ford E450 came loose, and was hanging by the wiring. NIRVC ordered it and got it a week or so later. They called me to bring it in. When I got there, the service guy says: “do you want to wait for it?” Amazing service!

    I don’t have a motor coach but I would definitely want to work with a place like this if I did. The owner sounds like a stand up man with good values, that’s refreshing to see.

    I had the privilege to work at NIRVC Dallas for about 6 years. I am retired but my son still works there. From sales to service and all in between, there is an amazing group of people there. As a side note, Brett Davis is an excellent person and I truly enjoyed being on his team.

      I also worked for them in Surprise for a bit while my current industry was suffering from the effects of Covid. I sometimes have regrets of leaving as everyone I worked with was truly amazing. Brett and Angie are two of the most incredible and genuine people you will ever meet. I was so impressed with the place that when my stepson was looking to start a technician career, I steered him in the Direction of NIRVC. He is now thriving doing something he loves. I will continue to champion for this company and glad so see you guys (Izzy & MJ) giving them the screen time & props they deserve.

    Newmar owner and fulltimer here, NIRVC and Brett are the real deal. Had house and chassis maintenance completed at the Surprise, AZ location. By far the best service experience we've had from scheduling through completion. The staff was professional, thorough and friendly, plus not having to schedule separate appointments for the house and chassis maintenence was a huge bonus. Big fan of what Brett and his team are doing for/to the industry!

      I bought the 2021 3927 toy hauler in late October, BUT I was in Hawaii under contract and did not pick the unit up until January, this year. Mercy this rig is brand new and a mess. I have contacted Newmar and had the chassis work repaired and now I have to have the interior, side driver/passenger windows either repaired or replaced. Very poor quality and basically no concern for the customer. So being in Utah I will take to a qualified service center and hope they can fix the problems. Question: do you have staining from the AC units on the roof? I do and I will have to prep and re clear the paint, (which is my profession). To me, it doesn't make sense that this kind of damage goes unnoticed, any thoughts....

      @@signs4914 sorry to hear about your experience. No staining on our roof from the ac units and the quality of ours overall at delivery (we bought our 2020 New Aire, new also) was generally good. The exception was having our trans control unit go bad on us 50 miles down the road from delivery. Was a Freightliner issue and we were able to limp into one of their shops and get it diagnosed and replaced. Have had other small issues but basically what we expected.

    While traveling through Las Vegas we needed unscheduled maintenance and NIRVC took us in with very little delay. Worked with our extended warranty company. Couldn't have been happier with the company.

    You have have really upped the bar having this interview with Brett Davis, it was top notch!! I responded to one of his previous videos with Freightliner and Brett go back to me with the info I requested and said some other comments that really showed his high character. If is wasn't going to live in my future coach fulltime and needed some customization work for my office space, I would definitely have NIRVC on my list of dealers! BUT will definitely have them on my list for maintenance.

    NIRVC is the best! We have bought 2 coaches from them and are a storage customer. They are trustworthy and deliver excellent service. And in watching several of Brett’s video’s, it’s because of the tone he sets at the top. I highly recommend them and am a customer for life! If you are interested in a coach from their Atlanta location, ask for William Hopkins - you will be delighted! Well done NIRVC team!

    When i bought my 2020 Entegra Accolade I honestly did not know NIRVC sold RVs, i thought they stored and serviced the RVs they stored. I purchased my RV from their competitor; of course, that was a very major mistake on my part. After I bought my RV, I had a warranty issue which sort of was fixed. Come to find out, the fix was worse than the original issue. Well living in Abilene Texas, no one works on motorized coaches and Freightliner only has one service technician to work on RVs and does not do advance scheduling. So I happened to see a TH-cam video on NIRVC and it was talking about servicing coaches. I called the Lewisville facility and they scheduled my service. While there, they serviced my coach and worked on a few other issues and the sort of fixed warranty issue. My coach was fixed and I gladly paid for the so called warranty repairs that their competitors want 3 month to do. NIRVC now has all my business and if anyone asks me, I give them my strongest recommendation. If I replace my coach in the future, I will only shop at NIRVC, even if I have to go to another state because in the Dallas area, their competitor has protected sales rights on many RV brands. Their competitor’s badging has been removed from my coach and I only proudly use NIRVC badging.

    Great video, Izzy, thank you! Shortly after we purchased our 2020 DS, I became aware of NIRVC via TH-cam videos, specifically one that Angie did on the Newmar Dutch Star. I was blown away by her knowledge and in-depth review! I wish NIRVC had a facility in Florida, we would definitely be a customer! There is nothing else like them anywhere!

    My wife and I purchased a Newmar LondonAire from NIRVC Atlanta (Lawrenceville). What a great experience. We were full time for almost 4 years. We consigned that coach with the same folks when it was time to take a break. We’re thinking about getting back on the road. When we do, our first and likely only call will be to NIRVC. Seriously, those experiences made us customers for life.

    We just took delivery of a 2022 Fleetwood Discovery 38W that was purchased from NIRVC Atlanta. We ordered it back in January and we flew back to Atlanta for delivery. NIRVC like customers to spend a few nights in their new coach at the dealer to get to know it a little before hitting the road and fixing problems before you leave. Our coach had an electrical issue from the factory, no tail lights or marker lights, brake lights worked but only on the right side. Long story short was we had to leave the coach and fly home empty handed. NIRVC offered and did reimburse our return airfare and extra hotel nights cost. We left the service dept with a short list of other repairs noted. It took a month for the repairs to be completed and the electrical issue was found to be a wiring loom that had been pinched when the coach structure was mounted to the Freightliner Chassis. NIRVC hired a driver to deliver our coach to our home in Southern Utah, 2200 miles away. On the way to deliver the coach the Freightliner Chassis had a mechanical FAILURE. The 2 large bolts that attach the Apex Bushing on the V-Ride suspension to the top of the rear diff FELL OUT. NIRVC had a mobile mechanic in Albuquerque, NM find and install the missing bolts which took 24 hours. The driver completed the trip and finally delivered the coach to our front door. So far NIRVC has treated us good, I hope the mechanical failure did not do damage to the drive line. We are in the process of taking it in to the Local Freightliner service center to have everything looked over and ensure the drive angles of the drive shaft are correct and no other damages occurred. The Journey continues.....

    I have been a customer with NIRVC in Las Vegas for about 2 years now. There are the best RV dealer I know of and Brett Davis is one of the nicest, most fair, honest person I know. His word is golden. I have purchased 3 RV's from them in the last 2 years (just keep upgrading), and have experience fantastic service at all levels of their business. Absolutely the best there is!     I never heard of N A R V C (just kiddin ya lol), but I own an Entegra Anthem and have had it serviced at NIRVC, and can personally attest that they are by far the best RV service center I have ever used. Been Rv’ing since 2008 and on my second coach, so have experienced many different centers for service.

    I have a Winnebago Ekko on order from their Las Vegas location. It’s been great working with Tom there and he keeps me posted monthly on status and answers any questions I may have. Never felt I was being taken advantage of.

    My wife and I just bought a brand new RV two weeks ago. The dealer has been great, it's the build quality of this new RV that's giving us some headaches. I'm a handy guy and I sorted through some teething difficulties on my last RV myself since I bought it used. So far had to clean up the sawdust and scraps leftover from manufacturing, but had to fix two water leaks already that were loose supply line fittings. We saw a small tear in one of the window screens during the walk through, and I pointed it out the dealer. Called them up to ask for a status on it, and they admitted they are swamped with warranty repairs. I feel bad for the dealers when the manufacturers are building poorly assembled junk, but when you're buying a NEW RV you have some expectation that it doesn't look like it was put together by idiots and that there is some level of quality control going on.

    Impressed by the interview. Brett seems to be a stand up guy. You get those 45' footers and your kind of prisoner to the service dept. I can do quite a bit, but, I'm not messing with body and paint, not changing the tires, Not rebuilding the Generator or Motor in the coach...It's expensive living to be sure.

    Great interview with a great company. I have known of NIRVC for years because of the Angie videos. Whoever came up with the idea is a marketing genius. I click on the videos because she's REAL easy on the eyes then stay watching because she's so knowledgeable and covers everything.

    About time. I worked in the Auto industry in the service department when Honda first hit the market here. Fat Cat big 3 were so arrogant. Took a number of years but they finally woke up. This guy is all about values! He understands hire for values and train the rest.

You will not find a team better than NIRVC that wants to help you with your RV/Coach DREAMS so they come true. All this starts at the top with Brett’s leadership and how he and his teams are changing the RV industry. They made our DREAM come true with respect, trust, communication, and always having our backs. We did not just buy an Coach from NIRVC.     We store at the Dallas location and are very happy to be there. They try very hard to do a good job but the parts supply shortage these days makes their work difficult. Parts for our coach were ordered July 1 and are still not in.

    I used them at the Surprise location in March of this year. they did excellent work and were even done when they said they would be, .I would not go anywhere else, well maybe to one of the other locations, but always them. Great interview and thanks for doing it for us.

    Leaning more and more to buying from them next time. We bought our very first coach from General RV in Wixom, MI. No complaints…all went well…BUT General RV cannot compete with NIRVC. They have really set the bar high. Especially since we are going from Tiffin to Newmar. We will see…. Thank you guys for this great video!

    I commented two days ago that I used to be a customer of National Indoor RV Center. But lost my spot during Covid. Mentioned that I didn’t think I would get back in however by some miracle I did get back in and will not make the same mistake of canceling my contract again. National Indoor RV Center is a wonderful place for storage and service.

    I would LOVE it if NIRVC opened a new sales and service center near me. Anywhere in New England is only about a 2 hour drive from any other NE state and I think NH would be the perfect location.
    Also, I'm very familiar with Angie and yes, she learns her product. No one can beat her walk-through videos. She's the best out there. Also, her videos provide potentials buyers a ton of knowledge about any coach they're contemplating buying. Most walk-throughs occur AFTER the sale, but Angie and NIRVC give that walk-through ahead of time, allowing the buyer to really see what he/she is getting. And did I mention their prices? They offer some of the best prices anywhere in the US so it is no surprise that their RV sales are some of the highest, if not THE highest in the country.
    So um......when did you say your new facility in NE is opening? 🤔 I'm waiting for you. 🥳

    We bought our couch from the Vegas store. They are top notch. They worked with us to special order a custom spec and paint and etc. we’ve owned it for 7 years now. But gonna be reaching out soon. To get a new one ordered next year

    Very good interview Izzy with Brett Davis. He really does seem like a very honest and down to earth gentlemen. I read the comment from Bruce who used to work for Mr Davis. It says alot when you make an impact like that on your employees.
    Also Izzy, Manassas VA is not far from DC so there you go. When I finally purchase an RV, this will be the first place I check out 👍

    wow that's a great place I've watched there videos on TH-cam and she knows what she is talking about but for you being there and showing off the place is amazing too see how clean it is and how organized they are and what they offer as an RV company and there prices are better than most!!!! great video and thank you for sharing this and thank Brett for being there and if Larry is watching this Thank you for taking my phone call you're truly a great person!!!!!     I live in the Dallas area and bought my 2022 Winnebago Travato GL from the Las, Vegas store since they had the model I was looking for. The staff there is great and I look forward to dealing with the staff here in the Dallas area for years to come!

    Last show my wife and I attended was a week long sale at the Athletic stadium in Phoenix. I couldn't believe the trash that was for sale. one unit the salesman was pitching had all the trim in the kitchen taped up and drying wall panels popped in, staples showing. All he talked about was how we could get a mortgage for the unit....WHAT? If I have to get a mortgage for a pile of trash they are calling an RV.... better buy an old one an just start working on it because all I'd be doing is repairing a new one I'm in Debt for....

    I've had an interesting experience with NIRVC service. I'm not going to go on and on about it... HOWEVER once Brett was involved.... Let's just say the problem was dealt with SWIFTLY.
    Look, things happen in this industry and even NIRVC can only do so much at times to make sure things get done right, they're just as suseptable to having to deal with manufacturers dumbfounding processes as we are.
    So while I did not have a great experience with their service my last time through, they owned up to their end of it and took care of what they could immediately. They get credit for that and have kept me as a service customer.

    Great video! So cool that he came to see you and also that he was humbled to be with you! What a nice guy! I've seen lots of video that Angie has done and she is the most thorough of anyone I've seen. (okay, next to you) Hat's off to you Izzie and MJ for doing this with NIRVC. Very cool.
    I'm looking forward to going to the RV Show here in Indianapolis on Jan. 7th and 8th and also 11th thru the 15th. Don't know if you will be able to come, but it would be cool to meet you both. At any rate.....See You On The Road!

    I hope they encourage an independent inspector on new RVs as well. I firmly believe it is just as important.

      We looked at a new, already sold, Seneca at the AZ facility, and there was an independent inspector doing his thing while we were looking at it.

    This video is a game changer for us, although I’ve heard of NIRVC and others, the one constant is by the time you get to Northern Virginia, resources dry up. Manassas, VA is about 45 minutes from my house! The only thing nearby is the dreaded Camping World, so to have these guys moving in is huge. I’ve commented before on a lot of issues but this time might be the last time I comment pre-RV ownership. I will keep my eyes and ears open for when they open, but please if you can do the same. Talk about one stop shopping, like I said: GAME CHANGER! Thank you!

    A solid start-- very impressed. I'd encountered the NIRVC name at some point in the past, but knew nothing of them. Also, this was the first time seeing something from Endless RVing.
    Subscribed, and looking forward to picking up more as I work towards buying my first...
    Debating the merits of trailer vs motor at this point; leaning towards trailer to start...
    Am also most likely to be up north quite a bit, though the southern states may appeal more as I age (and providing things don't go completely off the rails...).

    I went to the Dallas area location, (Lewisville Tx) several months ago and was early on in the process of trying to figure out what we wanted. Still have not purchased a coach yet, but i will likely store whatever i buy there eventually, because they have what sounded like a nice concierge service for coach owners. Store it there, have it washed when u return and then have it ready and pulled up out front when ur ready to take a trip. My kind of pampering! I made a couple visits there and they were moving some product through there, and there was always someone having their coach brought out to start their next trip on. Still looking for the right motor coach f the right price, but will definitely look into storing with them and letting them do the service and repairs when needed. Thx f sharing this, great info to hear from the guy who started it. Namaste 🙏

    I hate it when I pull up to a camp site and it’s full of a bunch of RVs. What a waste of money just get a hotel room. Going into nature is about roughing it, so when you do go back home you realize how good you have it.

    You should do a video on camping world. Ask them how they sleep at night with the way they take advantage of people. Screwed me one time on a fridge never been back.

    They certainly say the right things, and Mr Davis seems very geniune. We did visit the AZ location to look at Super C's, but, despite being a huge Newmar dealer, they don't sell the Superstar or Supreme Aire. Hopefully, that changes by the time we are ready.

    They sure have good reviews. Never seen so many 5 star reviews for a dealership.
    Saw one negative review but that was from a person who hadn’t done business with them and was disappointed about the then current inventory. Which I guess was a complaint with all dealerships a year ago.

    Brett must be related to Bob Tiffin. They both have the same customer orientation. Great interview! We almost bought a Newmar from NIRVC but the model we wanted didn’t have some key options that were must have’s.
