this guy is not only well spoken, but also very intelligent. Diddy knows that most people would take the 2.3 million that is guaranteed than the 100 million that is not certain and may never come, and even if the 100 million is awarded, collecting it would take time and the entire amount may never be fully recovered. Dangle a 2.3 million dollar carrot in my face, and that is a hard offer to turn down.
