💰 Way too many former military scam the “disability” system. There are people who have 100% disability who are actually allowed to work. I don’t understand how that works. Maybe it’s 100% mental disability and not physical, or vice versa.
And I would tell you that most of the people who get a large amount of disability actually decide to get a lawnmower and start an under the table business. Or handyman business. Or numerous other options. They could even drive for Uber or Lyft in someone else’s name. The government spends way too much money on these people. But no president is willing to do away with the benefits because it’ll hurt them too much politically, and that includes both parties. So often Republicans believe it’s Democrats to take up all the benefits, but that’s not even close to true. That’s just people who are not that intelligent, and they just go with what they’ve heard on the streets instead of actual research. Go figure.b

It is pretty crazy that someone could be facing one year in jail but because they accept deferred adjudication Quetion probation that now if they violate the smallest thing the judge can since them to prison for 20 years. I would not want a criminal record, but I don’t most consider just keeping a criminal record and being on regular probation instead of deferred due to Quetion probation that way if the judge hated me they could only sentence me to jail for one year and not prison for 20 years. I think that’s a problem.
There’s always gonna be judges who do the wrong thing or who are overworked or just nasty evil people. No category of humans are perfect. When you sign a deferred adjudication probation with a judge you’re signing over your entire soul, you just don’t know if you’re doing it to an angel or a demon.

That means they're paid for by the functional minority (far less than 30% of the total). Handouts come about to buy votes from the underbelly, so the underbelly breeds like flies and the functional go elsewhere.

I think people who are on disability end up doing a crime are either able bodied or able minded enough to work. If they are found guilty, their disability payments should end. I know they end of you're in jail or prison, but being able to con the system and law abiding citizens is too much. I'm on disability and that's why I feel this way. I worked 32 years and paid into it, I have an incurable cancer and it makes me sick to hear cons like this getting away with bs.

Judge Boyd will not revoke people until they are in front of her 3 or 4 times. She plays social worker instead of being a judge that upholds the law. This guy is on differed adjudication, he should have been revoked the first time he came to court for not submitting urine samples. He tested positive which means he not only did not submit a sample he broke the law again. He got tested and was told to come back again so they could do a base line, and he did not show up again. Boyd should have revoked him right there, what a weak Judge.

I feel confident that the SSA would have referred him back to the Department of Veterans’ Affairs if he was claiming the gunshot wounds were the cause of his disability. Two of my family members have different disability determinations from the VA and both have jobs. Also, if he has a service related injury and is entitled to compensation, an employer may be eligible for tax credits for hiring this individual. This guy did a great job of BSing his way out of trouble even with the crappy fake background .

Disability is very hard to prove. and it usually takes several attempts to prove it. Someone very close to me is autistic with multiple other mental health issues. she is on disability but her greatest desire is to work a real job and someday not to be on disability. She has been on disability since she was 18. Every day of her life she works to not be considered disabled. she is unable to even talk to anyone except her long term boyfriend ….also autistic but without other mental health issues… in person. this is a lifelong issue. She reads books to create texts for the blind. she can go to a shelter and walk a dog as long as no one looks at her. No one could know how badly many people want to work but their bodies and minds won‘t let them. I talk to her weekly and love her dearly. she is extremely intelligent and very funny. we have been working for a year for her to tolerate an in person visit with us. she has a therapist ..since she was 10… who believes such a visit would be very helpful in her quest to someday work a real job. people have no idea the humiliation aimed at those who receive benefits. Please do not prejudge these people.

It reminds me back in 97 while in the BCJ the SERT team burst into my cell handcuffing and shackling me as if the i was some sort of King Pin or something and dragged me to certification just to ask me '' are you a carnal ,, where are your tattoos '' ? Only because i had 2 high ranking brothers in it and of course i had the same last name and resembled one of them to a T ! Now by them doing that to me what do you think the rest of the members are gonna think which could also put me in jeopardy ! The same is happening to this guy only because of a mistaken tatoo and the Orejones don't take misrepresentation lightly !

@chrisclark9373. I am Caucasian, but I have watched several black beauticians at work and it is fascinating. From what I have learned from them, I would say judge Boyd needs a silk press. They take a steaming hot curling iron and pull it down the length of the hair and it pulls it straight and makes it shiny. On the other hand, judge Boyd may have decided to go natural, which is her right of course.

👼🏼👿 It is pretty crazy that someone could be facing one year in jail but because they accept deferred adjudication Quetion probation that now if they violate the smallest thing the judge can since them to prison for 20 years.
