10K visits to one of the most beautiful expresions of talent, music and humbleness I've ever seen, what an inspiration Matt is for me. I had the chance to meet him in Barcelona and he was such a nice and feet to the ground guy.
The Tom Brady of drummers. Takes it serious every time and is always on point. Kit sounds really heavy and 90s like.

It seemed as if the DW:9000 was not his own, and wasn’t calibrated to his liking. Looked like it was a little too tight. But my goodness what a brilliant, technical drummer.

I saw a video where he talked about it. He kinda played it off as if that's what's comfortable to him and he didn't realize that it was "different".

I keep watching to see if the hi-hats rotate enough to see if they are K's or A's lol
I believe he typically uses K customs, not too sure whether they are here, or which ones he typically uses but thats what i believe
Aphix_ As far as I know, he uses the k custom session Hihats
I know it's 5 years later, but these hats are A Custom 14 inch Mastersound hats. He normally uses K Custom Hybrid 14.25 inch hats, but for this performance he used the Mastersounds. You can tell they're A Customs cause of the finish and you can see the A on them in certain shots, and you can tell they're Mastersounds cause the edge of the bottom hat is raw and hammered. The K Custom Mastersounds only use a raw, non-hammered edge, so. Definitely A Custom 14 In. Mastersounds. Great hats too.

The whole kit sounds so good except for the snare. Like the floor tom is fire along with the cymbals but the snare just sounds off. Matt is insane tho
