I've heard of welding it to the wheel permanently as well as what you done. Someone posted the threads stripped and the actual freewheel would spin bu not the wheel
Thanks for the vid! Il show this vid to the guy at the muffler shop! Need mine done broke both freewheels on my road & dirt wheels this past weekend 😆 76v 12 kW wayy too much fun haha
Let me know how that goes for you, I know a lot of people's motors melt after they weld the freewheel because it doesn't give it any cool down time so just curious 🤙
Haven’t heard this much. Over your upgraded to a vevor or more you can weld freewheel. But just like with anything don’t be full throttle the entire time and be aware!
@@JordyBuilds Yeah exactly It's the kids that are just running them hard after they welded the freewheel that motor just can't cool down if you're coasting you get that little cool down you know! Especially 72 volt pulling like over 100 amps typically but yeah I've had the same motor for over 4 years pulling 120 amps 9000w no issues. That's why I'm wondering I'm guessing you're not going to have issues
Very satisfied client here! Welded freewheel is the way to go 🚲⚡️
Super stoked you are happy with it man!
Awesome video. Mine started making the same noise so I’ll be doing this today. Thank you.
Thank you for the compliment! I appreciate you, let me know how it goes!

@@JordyBuilds its definitely worth it 🤙🏽
How'd that go ? I'm gonna take mine to a shop as well
@@BubCityHoodRides world of a difference, throttle is hella responsive & no more clunk
@@oem_spec Kool, my co-worker new I was riding cause he heard that clunk from a block over. SMH

@Razorcrew_Cole it’s for my buddy he’s running 60v and fardriver and 1800w vevor. No issues
@@JordyBuilds right on good to know I may have to try it out to!
Where do you use this wheel for?
Razor mx650
Like @grant12bowling said, a razor mx650/500!
what are the advantages of welding it??
It can’t break and leave you stranded, more responsive
