    This is the first time I’ve seen someone explain so clearly and precisely the steps. Very useful! Thank you :)

    Thank you for actually describing the motion and how to rotate. Very selfless and informative unlike other videos where people fail to elaborate.

    This is the best Nauli how to. I wish I found it earlier. I've practiced for some time but didn't quite get it done right with the side control until I found your video. Thank you so much :)

    Learned about stomach vacuums through freediving and then calisthenics, plus a tad jiu jitsu stuff like Rickson's. Best explanation of how to learn to control ab muscles that I've come across. Thank you very much for all that.

    Very beautiful & clear explanation, thank you so much! Just one thing: The first thing you did and called "agni sara" is in fact called uddiyana bandha. As far as I know, agni sara is explicitly referring to the dynamic in and out pumping motion of the belly.

    Thanks. So well explained in so few words. Our (Indian) Yogis make it unnecessarily complex. Good job here.

    I have a question on the last version which a cycle is occurring; does the cycle should always be clockwise or it could be reversed as well?

    Thank you for this tutorial. I found it very helpful. I'm wondering does one only practice Nauli in one circular direction or should we practice it in both circular directions ??

    • @johnblythe6453
      @johnblythe6453 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hello you can practise in both directions but be careful also if you use it before pranayama {breathing} it will make it far more powerful -in between stages rest a little as Nauli is very powerful.

    I wonder if there was any measure performed on how it is influence the transverse abdominal muscles & what is the impact on the linea alba?Cause the active udjana bandha does rehabilitate.

  • @yogaconmarta7224

    Thank you , very well explained. I do basically the same for about 5 years. I have to say that I have noticed how I have gained core strength and it helps me a lot to regulate my intestinal transit. However, I have noticed that I have grown a lot of belly since then. Although it may be due to menopusia, I am almost convinced that it is largely due to Nauli practice. Do you have any idea about it?

    Sadly would not risk giving this company any money whatsoever. They have a zero refund policy. I've never come accross such a 'tolerant loving company with so much empathy' (as their customer service stated). Yet act in such a dictatorial, disgusting manner when they have your money that was incorrectly taken. Plenty of reviews from others stating the same.

    Yoga is just 1% of Sanatana Dharma (Eternal Duty/Hinduism). Santana Dharma is not a religion but the most scientific and spiritual way of living a good life....

      Have you read all the yoga sutras of Patanjali? Leave alone "all", have you at least read about what Pathanjali says about yama and niyama? Have you read Sandilya upanishad that details about yoga?
      Forget about all these things. Touch your heart and tell honestly, "are you interested in knowing the truth and accepting the truth without personal bias?"
