My peels are not organic so I just washed them in sopapo water will they be good or should I just throw them away ?
Do you have to dry the peels before making the tinture? Why not to make the tinture from fresh peels?
The general rule is that herbs need to be fully dehydrated before placing them into alcohol. I was told by professional herbalists that if you place fresh, the water content will cause problems. Fresh food become perishable fast.
