Mam, can you pls say solution to my sleep prblm. I can only sleep for 3 to 4 hrs in night. Then I couldn't sleep. How hard I try, I couldn't sleep mam. Stay in bed but couldn't get sleep. Having hormone imbalance. Already trying your 2 yogas on bed to get sleep as soon as I get on bed. But after sleeping, daily I keep on waking after 3 to 4 hrs. Please, help me mam... Also having pcos and less period flow and 21 days cycle thankyou.
Day 1 to day 3 15 min earlier and morning - sunlight and melatonin promoting foods Day 4 to 6 90 min before sleep- digital detox- reading and something else And morning m gentle stretches with sunlight Day 7 Dinner 2 hours before,digital detox Morning asans and sunlight And then 15 min earlier everyday to reach your target
