Hello, I have a quick question and hope you could help me out, On the step where you access the torque converter how did you get that bolt to rotate so you could remove it?
The transmissions in the 05/06 split auto/manual are notorious to fail. Has to do with the internal seals leaking onto electronics. The transmission isn't bad the seals are. They switched over to a mineral based fluid in 07 and fixed the issue.

Bad ass bro. I efed up. I removed my transmission by only removing the hosing bolts around the casting of the transmission. I left the torque converter on the motor! And re installed the trans like that. So I ran into problems. Any suggestions?
The bracket that is attached to that dog bone transmission mount.....what's it called. I lost mine and I made a bracket but with no specks I was guessing. Looks like I was pretty close but I still feel like something's out of alignment I have little to no forward movement
The only way to top off the fluid is through the drain plug on the bottom of the transmission you need a special tool and pump vehicle also has to be running and at a certain temperature good luck

What size is the torque converter bolts? I'm having issues fitting the correct socket..... Don't want to strip it.
