I'm suprised/disapointed the double WotA(Will of the Ancients) Kennen vlad comp wasn't included. The meta at the time was actually named after this and called the "Press R and Win" Meta.
Jurjen SSW typically they can stall pretty well. If you have Varus/Corki, like in the video, keeping waves of minions cleared is pretty easy and if you can land enough on your enemies, they have trouble diving. Of course any comp is weaker when behind, but Poke is probably one of the most forgiving

Me and my friends have our own team comp which is actually effective. Since it doesn't have a name, I'll call it the AOE Yordle Bursters. Top: Kennen Jungle: Amumu Mid: Ziggs ADC: Tristana Support: Veigar The idea is for Kennen and Amumu pull of good ultimates, followed up by a Veigar stun, While Ziggs will ult if something goes wrong, and Tristana going ham in free hitting in the back line. When we use this team comp, Our win rate could be like 86%.

I think there are only 5 global abilities in the game now, which are all ultimates. They removed all global passives like Janna's and Zilean's. Shen's tp, Nocturne and Twisted Fate's ulties both have a vision part, and Soraka and Karthus both have global damage and heal.
What this video told me is the team that comes up with the off meta composition usually reign supreme in their regions. Eventually making their off meta composition the new meta. Feel like that's what UOL are trying to do but they're getting too crazy with it.

Protect the adc and juggermaw are different comps. Juggermaw relies on having a lulu top and janna supp and allowing the kogmaw to front line. This is usually run with a strong burst mage mid to clean up kills. Protect the adc usually as lulu mid and relies on peeling the kog/adc in the backline.
I think it's worth mentioning that the rise of teleport as a summoner spell also helped end the global comp (i could have missed it but i dont believe he mentioned it >.
I feel like this is just a lit of the 10 types of team comp more than the "strongest" team comps. I mean if you really think about it, there is no combination of champions that doesn't end up as one of these comps.

back when Hecarim top was a big thing my team always ran Top: Hecarim Jung: Volibear Mid:karma/lulu ADC: Sivir Supp: Braum/Thresh shit was and still is broken.
I wouldn't call Ori combos a composition. 1 Melee + Ori can pull this off but can still be a splitpush comp or something else. All it really needs is pickin' Ori, that's hardly a comp :D

yesterday I was playing it normal draft and lemme tell you about a comp stomp. the top lane was a teemo main(already hating life). the jungle was a zha'zix and he was also a main. but this is where it gets reeeeal bs. They had a le blanc mid with all ROAs. then the bot lane. f***ing kalista and tahm kench. by the end of the game tahm was 5k hp and with his broken passive he was able to 1v1 me as I was Olaf. that team was broken

It was quite powerful, when we timed right, mostly because it leaded to some interesting split push options, but since it lacked communication (only strangers) we couldnt pull it off properly. Also there were problems because the team had to use the ults out of teamfights sometimes, so it was a rare occurance of 5 ults ready at the same time.
