He was really good in his explanation and I could tell it was from his military experience because I am a Sgt in the army. It’s good to see an ex soldier happy doing something he enjoys. He is clearly talented and good at it
Yeah I edited an auto corrected word and what? I didn't knock his ability to explain or his process, I simply would have enjoyed the video more if the top comment didn't mention how he didn't say "urmm" which then made me notice how many times he actually did say it, other then that I fully enjoyed the video and the way he explained everything to alex was top notch he's clearly passionate about what he does and its a pleasure to see

@@tomhyde5658 because I can make knifes from scratch I can do 3 different types of Damascus steel and am no pro or master at it this guy just takes the piss my most expensive knife is 250 this mig wants 440 for some knife that are made from proper cheap steel and I obviously know more than any of the mug
Absolutely Fascinating Video....what this Knife Maker doesn't know one could write on a Stamp...a true Master Craftsman...he would make a great Teacher too as he explains each process so clearly as well as being so encouraging too...I'm a Teacher💙

Hi Alex. Now you need to learn how to sharpen and strop. A tip, NEVER use à pull through sharpener. They remove too much metal and will ruin your knife and shorten it´s life.

This is a piece of art that will last a lot longer than your 40 quid knife. You should know buying quality over price is more worth it, I think you would benefit from watching some of his videos and learn.
