Yeah. My hair was cut from shoulder to lip for minor breakage. Its very triggering.
I've had the opposite happen. I go and want 2-3 fingers off, and they cut like 0.5cm and my ends aren't even refreshed.
Now this is someone who truly loves and understands hair, and actually wants to help the person, instead of just seeing them as another customer.
