@@janmirasch3373 I think it's his combination of social awkwardness, relative lack of experience casting, and tendency to be a little defensive when under fire. They all add up together. This makes him a natural target for more confident, outspoken people like InControl (RIP), Nathanias, etc.

I don't see much of Soul in pro-gaming and, considering Reynor beat Serral at least once in a tournament, Soul should feel good about himself for this series. He played incredibly well against someone who is demonstrably top tier.

We had pro players in brood war and early wol like tarson, tefel, mana, nerchio and now we have players like Elazer, soul, gerald, ziggy and older players like nerchio and mana are still sometimes playing nowadays. Poland always had good strategy players because of how popular pc's are in Poland
It's exhausting to play the style that soul was using in Game 1 and Game 2. It's so much more micro-heavy than what the zerg player has to do. I think he just got tired by the end there.

I felt like this was a much more balanced fight then what would have seen before. one Infested marine spam and it would all be obliterated. I'm not partial to any race and more enjoy watching competitive matches and that was a good back and worth, not one play blow out like I've seen repeatedly. But what do I know i'm just more of a casual fan, enjoyed the match!
