Mr. Chadhaury pauses to admire the security guard's mustache. Not only did he treat him kindly and with admiration, but blessed him and his life.
He didn't see him as just a security guard. He saw him as a man with life's experience written all over his face. He saw in that man more than just a uniform. Everything else in the video was great, but that love for another human and the respect shown regardless of his job description or economic status is what sets these men apart from other youtubers. God bless them!

The meat is blande and needed condiments for them is because the person that cooked the meat made it well done. You are supposed to eat Wagyu Medium Rare. That's when you get the meat juices and flavor. To which it just naturally falls apart in your mouth. You don't need condiments when its medium rare and lightly sprinkled with garlic, pepper, and salt.

You should not have to struggle chew steak. It's the equivalent of having an overcooked dry turkey and someone saying as long as you pour enough dressing and gravy on it it should e edible. When a properly cooked turkey is so juicy that you don't need all of that extra stuff.

It's not just any steak it is wagyu steak, that cost $200 to $300 a pound, making it the most expensive steak in the world, and it is so tender it melts like butter in your mouth. Wagyu steak should only have a little salt on it, nothing else, no sauce. In Japan, they just add a little salt and that is it.

Definitely a matter of opinion, like everything else in life. After having A5 wagyu (yes, it was expensive, no denying that at all) no other steak I've had comes close. From the melt in your mouth texture to the unique, moist flavorful taste, it's tough to think of any other cut I enjoyed more than the wagyu I've had. And I absolutely love steak, so I've tried all kinds of different cuts from different regions over the years. Yes, its expensive, no I couldn't afford to eat it nearly as much as I'd like, but I digress. To each their own, taste is subjective. Not to say that other cuts aren't as enjoyable, but when I do have extra disposable income, I never regret spending some of it having A properly cooked top tier wagyu steak.

Wagyu is a completely different animal from traditional cows. Wagyu in Japanese means “cow”. The fat is extremely good for you plus it will melt in your hand when you hold it. The fat is so evenly distributed through the meat that an A5 grade Wagyu steak has a white appearance. When you cook it it turns pink as the fat quickly melts away, leaving just the meat.
Most people would turn their nose up to it and choose a regular choice grade steak instead. Wagyu is incredibly rich tasting and you can really only eat a small amount before you have had your fill. Factoid: There is a Steak House in Tokyo that serves Kobe sirloin which is Wagyu that have fed a special diet and given regular massages by their care takers. They are raised outside Kobe. The waiting list for the restaurant is years long, and in the late 1980s the Kobe Sirloin dinner was $700 US equivalent. Given inflation it would probably double that amount today.

Pretty sure the special diet you mention includes feeding the kobe cattle beer everyday, lol. Can't help but imagine a steak and ale pie made with kobe beef and the same beer that they feed the cows. 🐮+🍺=🥧🤤

These guys have a surprisingly refined palette! They were able to distinguish the naturally fatty nature of the wagyu instantly and also noted it would benefit from the accompaniments on the plate. My guess would be from looking at it this is due to the temperature of the steak. It seems to be either medium well or well done.
