Another advantage for Goodyear AZ is it's closer to Palm Springs CA. About 3 hours.

I love EMR. I only compared the 2, because those 2 are where most of my clients go. QC would be a closer comparison, but I think Goodyear has more to offer than QC.

We live in Goodyear and we are in Pebble Creek and we absolutely love it here. Gated community with 3 golf courses. I'm surprised you didn't mention Pebble Creek since it is one of the largest developments in the west valley.

I would look at the crime stats online. What I might consider "safe" someone else may not.
