Lovely home! Welcome to the city of the sun! Yep, AZ property taxes are much lower than Texas and no bipolar weather. 😊 You picked a great location! Estrella is a wonderful community with many parks, lakes, golf course, rec center, fitness center and multiple pools.

That’s how we did too, visited both Texas and Arizona two separate times. We both were sold on Arizona by Arizona. 😄. Yeah, Gilbert didn’t feel welcoming to us either! Tempe or Goodyear felt great! However, I’m waiting an invite from HR about a potential job.

I literally just met someone in Michigan this past Saturday from AZ, she told me to check out Goodyear/Estrella. That’s a reeeaally nice house, specifically the hood vent over the gas range instead of a microwave lime most homes have. I wonder that the price was on that.

Aayyye KC my born city but on the Missouri side...have a lot a family there from both sides....some of them moved here too....glad to see more blacks moving here🤗 ...Nice couple and the house is sweet......i was bored so i went for a drive and road on the new 202 yesterday and went thru Chandler...Chandler Heights...Queen Creek...San Tan valley...and then up to Apache Junction finally. When i was looking to move here from the Twin cities... i was going to move to Apache Junction...nice mountain views but it was not my kind of Vibe😒...im kinda bougie😛 so Glendale was my first stop...now im here in Buckeye....Love it here...its a different atmosphere from what im use to from the Midwest...i can actually see the sky lol...Thanks Big Sup for the vids and content...do more lives too 💜
