75 min ice times and 75 min off ice skills.
Skating:
Athlete centered practice
Improving self awareness and auto correction with his/her technical skating ability
Exposing athletes to a variety of edge work (both forwards and backwards) that will expose him/her to dynamic balancing exercises using conventional and unconventional exercises
Exposing athletes to variety of skating tempos while focusing on ice coverage:
slow tempo but powerful strides
fast tempo "quick feet"
Improving transitions including changes of direction:

Turns
Pivots
Stickhandling:
Proper stickhandling stance
Stickhandling & Footwork combinations
Deceptive stickhandling
How to use the full blade effectively

Explanation: Just because you are good at skills and have a good shot and that sort of thing doesn't mean you have the hockey sense and decision making needed for the NHL. Also maybe he is not fit enough you have to be very fit for the NHL. That is just my guess

Pav how CAN i have a hockey shirt like you have but with my name and my number
If I play ball hockey instead of real hockey will playing ball hockey really effect my deking and stuff
