Pavel had a session with my son's team of 7 year olds in Luleå. I can tell something drastic happened immediately after that session and the coaches still teach stick handling techniques that Pavel left behind from this session.

So basically a school for players to learn how to be an individual hockey player?

You need to be careful in how you think about development. Hockey development is mostly individual. Getting all the skills you need as an individual is integral in determining whether or not you can make it to the next level. How you apply these individual skills in a team setting will be the ultimate deciding factor to see whether it is practical. But don't talk about learning individual skills as if it were a selfish thing...that's foolish.
