This PEAK Hunter Build Is Back And So Much Better! [Destiny 2 Solar Hunter Build]

Now before we jump into the Expert Onslaught Gameplay I just want to show you guys how powerful this Build
is.
Carl here has roughly 300K health, that's about the same as a barrier or overload champion in a Grandmaster Nightfall.
Well we can just do this to him.. pretty crazy right.. In this 27 second clip we throw 7 Trip Mine Grenades, 4 Gun Powder
Gamble Grenades and set off 4 Ignitions all while only using abilities. Also at the end of the clip you can see that we have
every single ability up and ready to go. We also only used our dodge ability one time on Carl I believe which means the
chaining of grenades got even better and that's because of all the changes that have happened over the past year
to Gun powder gamble. It counts as a grenade ability so procs everything to do with grenades and also only has a 6 second
cooldown now. So basically it's a free grenade every 6 seconds. We also have got a lot of new weapons that play
into the Build like the Exotic Rocket Launcher Dragon's Breath which is a absolute work horse in Onslaught.
We also have the solar rocket sidearm Aberrant Action that can real Heal Clip and Incandescent.
Needless to say the gameplay your watching in the Expert Onslaught can speak for itself. The way I have Built the Build is to
make sure we have healing sources since we can't take the healing grenade. So I have Built it that our Trip Mine Grenades
will heal you on Kills, Your Gunpowder Gamble will Heal you on Kills, Your Rocket sidearm will heal you on Kills and Orbs
of Power we create will heal us. So 4 Different sources and as you can see, one of those sources is always happening
every few seconds even in difficult content.

Young ahamkara spine: my death was greatly exaggerated
I’d recommend martyrs retribution instead of aberrant action as it stuns overloads and it synergises with concussive reload in the artifact and due to the origin trait it reloads on melee hits, which this build allows you to spam

W Bungie for reverting Young ahamkara’s spine.
Soooo happy this build is back!! I mained Solar Hunter all throughout Into the light!
season of the haunted was a wild time
those were the days...
Another chef kiss of this build is it is swappable with shard of galanor whenever you want to cast your blade barrage then switch back to hamkara.
This was my favorite build during the haunting. I had like 1300% clear rate that season. Lol

That will be bungie last weapon when the player count downs so much ^^
Imo they can totally afford to add one extra void solar and Arc nade to each prismatic subclass. Hunters would get tripmines, void spike and skip grenades, warlocks fusion, scatter and flux nades and titans would get incendiary, void wall and lightning grenades.
Also, as a hunter main arcbolt grenade is the biggest piece of crap I've ever seen even with lucky raspberry....

It was my first exotic when I had know idea how to build craft. Can’t wait to use it again. It’s been collecting dust in my vault for too long
As someone who fell in love with this build before they gutted it due to not being able to nerf it only in PvP, I only have 3 words to say
We're back, baby!
And people called me crazy for running this back in onslaught before. Granted it was the nerfed version but EVEN THEN I still double or sometimes tripled the kill count of my teammates in the legend version. It PUT OUT and I got my god roll shiny Lunas Howl Incan+heal clip with that, I'ma use that thing until the end of time.
After a year of dormancy, PEAK HAS RETURNED!!!!!

hell yeah I was hoping you you would do an update to this build when bungie announced they would undo the nerf to YAS. This build was so much fun to play with when you first announced it. It got me to try harder content like solo master lost sectors.
I have been waiting for this build to come back. This and the new one yesterday are gonna be my kit. I'd like to suggest a raijus build as well.

@@Plunderthabootyi used to use a strand mothkeepers tesselation build (3 grenade charges) until it was ruined by tesselation changing its element depending on your grenade. tldr before tfs my build had all strand weapons now it’s 2 strand 1 arc
to clarify according to tesselation moth grenades are arc and not what is equipped in your subclass
@@KTree-WF I was wondering why Tesselation wasn't giving me strand/stasis in the energy slot anymore. I thought it was a bug or something

grenade final blows are curing you -- but what he failed to tell us is where his Devour and Weaken procs are being generated -- by him -- from so he's not giving us the full build
@@frost2094 yeah but you could still have mending and just forego the class ability regen fragment and another for creating firesprite and getting resto. Maybe even forego the scorch fragment to refresh resto on kills.
You still get all the ignitions and tripmine energy back from ability hits regardless. The scorch fragment just makes ignitions from scorching a bit more consistent.

Amazing build as ever but damn all this just reminds me is that I have to get all my other builds up to level why did Bungie do this it's just for 10 levels and plus theirs a pinnacle bug because some aren't even there or even dropping

That's nice, but there's no reason to play, no story, just reskinned boring activities. I have no interest in playing anything but comp, and even that is a struggle.
Onslaught Refresh, The New Dungeon is great and Garden Weapons have had a refresh? More than enough things to do for a bit.
