..it feels weird having to say this, but no, everything about how someone will form isn't decided at conception. Plenty of important factors do, but it isn't like after that stage the fertilized egg just grows to baby size. A lot of stages of development follows, which requires enough nutrients. A lot can happen to the future child during it, including that two embryos merge into one, making a person who got two distinct set of cell types in different places of their body (probably get something wrong here, not a biologist, but it is around that ballpark), which nothing at conception can indicate. This is a tiny minority, but minorities exist, and something existing makes them valid data, and proper refusal of claims that something only works in ways which wouldn't let such a minority do exist.
