It's sad that Bottas won for Mercedes but everyone is focused on hamilton and how things went wrong for him.

I feel like Perez was the wild card in Mercedes strategy and played a perfect wingman this past weekend, he should have gotten more attention after the race, despite having a bit of a boring race himself lol. Battles between strategies in less than optimal conditions always make for the best races.

I feel like they should've pitted as soon as Perez pitted, Lewis had the pace to catch up Perez within 1-2 laps after pitting, he was the fastest on track before he ran out of tyres.

If Lewis had pitted when first asked he would've had time to catch up and tyres would be safe ... Hindsight is a wonderful thing ... Ocon's tyres were delaminated and could've gone at any point... it's a shared team decision

Just life. No one has it all figured out, no matter how experienced. And in a dynamic environment, these things happen.

Should have pitted when they told him. Now he blames them for the outcome of his decision. This is why I don't like Lewis. Plus he stole a championship from Kimi.

If he would’ve boxed the first time Bono told him to come in for Inter’s he would have had p4 and even a chance at p3. Engineers have all the data and a right 95% of the time

Man I love Vettel but seeing him drift as he enters the pit is the one of the funniest things I've ever seen. I just imagine "DEJAVU!" playing in the background xD. Poor him :'(

Lewis should probably trust his team more that has a lot more information than he does, twice in a row he's defied the team's judgement and twice now he's been wrong to do so.

It's clearly Lewis' fault for delaying the box. His team was calling him in long time before he actually did. The nerve to blame the team after that is simply ballsy.

Lando walks up to Lewis at the end and pats him on the back and says "I feel ur pain...trust me... I feel ur pain" and Lewis says "Leave it alone man"

Should have pit when they first call him in will give him better option/chance….but after ignoring the call to pit in…he should just stay out for the risk and I think he can manage it somehow but totally no margin for error
