It used to be very common when i was a kid in the 60,s to hear grown ups saying that the council(Leicester in this case ) were corrupt! All those friends of councillors and the membership of masonic lodges can only lead to corruption.

I got 2 letter saying there is no court in Northampton deals with civil actions from the alleged court and the council sent a collector they sold debt to- I charged the collector with trespass .
Northampton are dodgy warants of control are not signed , no court records, no one legally trained and no Court stamp ..
I got caught out with this lot £900 pissin hundred pounds ..oh the sooner people know about them the better ..i still dont know how to go against them properly but there must be information on here somewhere.

I’ve had ‘another’ summons today to attend Birmingham magistrates for mon payment. I called c tax and told them about the liability orders being ended in 2003 & the courts being used falsely to scare us and that the moj have send my dsar showing that the courts have no involvement and asked them why it’s not sent with a stamp as UPU Laws state is illegal. I’ve also asked for the duty manager to send me a letter with A wet signature. They’ve out a hold on the court appearance till august now. Even questioning them shows how clueless they are

I'm still trying to look for the actual legislation on the government website stating it ended in 2003 - do you have that link please? I've asked LOTS of people who have done this, and nobody can provide it. I've spent hundreds of hours looking through legislation, maybe I'm looking in the wrong place 🤷🏼♀️ which is why I ask people who have done this

I've been trying for years to understand all this but I need help
I'm a university educated degree holder so I'm not stupid lol. It's just deep and technical terms we're not familiar with, processes not familiar with etc
For eg, I wrote to my bank to claim bank council tax payments, under advice from groups doing it....apparently we claim back many bills via the direct debit indemnity/payment made in error route
I researched, sent a letter blindly demanding to be repaid and I was sent back a letter asking me how I had paid in error. I couldn't answer it! I had tried and tried before sending tbe letter, asking people who had received money back themselves, "what exactly is the error I need to be claiming occurred?" , so that if the bank asks me (which inevitably they did), I can respond. I couldn't get this answer from anyone, months of pushing and trying
It's not at all 100% clear. The lack of clarity for the average person is the real issue and the lack of knowing which direction to take.
Many of us have the drive and motivation but no idea of where to go forward!!!!
It's not for want of trying, it's very frustrating
If we were ALL educated and knew inside out what we needed to do, these crkminals wouldn't be getting away with it anymore

I've had a 'Liability Order' issued by my local council and it doesn't say notice of liability , it does actually say 'Liability Order in respect of council tax'
When NORMAN LAMONT raised VAT by 2.5% to pay council tax Have we already contributed to the community via VAT on Everything we buy by that 2.5%. IF the COUNCIL TAX BILL is the BILL and our true cost of running the council services, why does that 2.5% of VAT not get deducted from that BILL demand. Is it that the Government should fund all the Council tax Bills from that VAT as it is there obligation to do so having collected the tax via that 2.5% of VAT.

In the dsar I did with my local council and I asked them to explain themselves in Regards to the liability order that I received. Firstly she explained that the judge ordered the liability order then in another email she said that it was a notice of liability either way I have definitely been lied to on so many grounds.
Ps I would love for someone just to take a look at the treatment I have had from the council. I even have a witness to prove that the dept collector said in the middle of a shop that he would be back to arrest me if I did not contact him, a clear attempt of threatening and intimidation.
The further to the south the more often the councils don't apply for the summons to the court but issue it by themselves, then conduct "the hearing" by themselves renting the courtroom and even the Magistrates (a kind of moonlighting), and then they issue so called Notice of Liability Order. As you can see - a complete self-service by the councils.
i will get worried at the court stage as i know the courts are not doing their jobs properly and me not knowing really what to be questioning . but im going to push it to the limit . sounds great

I apologise for my comment below. IT WAS NORMAN LAMONT that raised VAT to pay Council TAX. I have edited my comment. What I do not understand is WHY are we sent a BILL for a TAX by an agent of the Government. IS it a TAX or a BILL?

Does this apply to Scotland too?
you would need to verify all the law but ultimately Scotland falls under the thumb of UK Parliament (that is where it derives its devolved power from) so you would need to check related Scottish legislation if the legislation quoted does not include Scotland. The LGFA 1992 has a section for Scotland so find relevant sections from there.
If we follow the stages ie keep the proof of postage of letter to council requesting to see PROOF of our Liability to pay them and with hold payments ..they then send us court summonds asking for FULL AMOUNT...We ask for Case progression officer from council ..when we get to court ..We were/Are not in dispute..we are just asking to see proof that they are correct and legally entitled to demand CT from us. Which to my understanding they are not.So at this stage ..should the judge be saying..ok so they have asked to see proof of the Obligation..

What subject Matter Jurisdiction does the Court Claim?. Criminal, Civil or administrative?. I have asked and always been told to leave the court.!

The council tax forms you fill out are a confession that you agree to be the debtor. I looked recently from a friend in the UK. Horrific reading.

@Richard Fox no you are not obliged to pay it! DSAR has every power to stop you councillors doing what you do. You deliberately share/sell off personal information, just another deceit which is being accepted as a 'reality'.
It is far from being pointless, I can tell you that for a fact!
@Richard Fox as I have said they are not allowed to share your information and a DSAR will clarify that. Going back to the October 2003 liability act overrides the 1992. By the way did I vote to be taxed? You need to wake up.

Don't say that it works until there is actually some proof that it does. Nobody wise just goes out onto the front lines with trial and error bullshit when they risk being locked up.
Once i actually see a number of people using it successfully and without repercussion, then i will do it too, but i won't be a lab rat.
And if the people who created this are so confident in this method, then they will all be doing it and we'll have a whole bunch of testimonials soon, wont' we?
@@IntiArtDesigns how can I when it's just been released. I've been onto this subject for the last 9 months using DSARS and other notices gathering info and probing the councils response. Jail? Ffs. It's a civil matter not criminal. If you get to a point where you want to back out then pay the arrears as mentioned in the video. Nothing to lose and everything to gain. You don't know enough. You're best off not bothering. 👍
It works because it's forcing the council /courts into recognition of the fraud taking place. You then use that against them to Difuse any liability order. Bailiffs are third party interlopers and have no power. They can be handled with a dsar and a single notice. If they even dare contemplate showing at your address, which they won't as there's no money in it for them, then you film them with their fake order. Police? I'd rub my hands together. Criminal justice act 2015, stripped of rank assisting a bailiff in an unlawful order😁 there's lots of info out there but it's finding the right info.
@@diaryofadeadtattooist No, tax evasion is a crime - as far as the courts and government are concerned. Not paying income tax for example can lead to 7 years prison sentence.
You don't need to keep reiterating the method, i understand the theory, i'm just saying i want to see it in practice, and as of yet, neither you nor anybody else has presented a success story where they have won in court regarding this matter.
Don't play with people's lives. Don't claim "it works" when there is zero proof. And don't scold those who are skeptical in lieu of that proof, who are merely waiting for the testimonials of success.
When there is a single success story of the courts admitting the fraud, you show it to me, and i'll jump on the bandwagon. Very simple. Until then, stop making excuses.
Bit scary but just sent letter 1 after final demand. In next 'Caution' letter where it says in section 5
'A copy of your response to my witness 1 :proofofdelivery@theirserver, what do I enter in there, don't understand ?
