Hmm.. I sincerely feel as if Days Gone will be..awesome! Looking back at gameplay I remember how pumped I was to see this game and the unique style it put off. Overflowing Hordes, open world, an overall fresh look at a apocalyptic setting. The combat looks promising, and the story/concept seem solid. The dev seems chill and collected and the questions here actually summed up some things I've been curious about. I was pumped then and pumped now! Super stoked for Days Gone! Hope it does well!
In every interview of John Garvin you can see the passion he has for this game. I mean this has been his brainchild for the better half of a decade and I'm really hoping that first impressions made by people who don't want to see it do well wont ruin this man's creation. If it's a bad game, its a bad game. But credit is due where its deserved and Garvin seems to really enjoy what he's created and I hope the community receives it as such, or at least acknowledges that he put in a lot of work into this game to create a story driven experience with a tormented protagonist. I just have high hopes for this game, and despite not playing it myself yet I really respect Garvin, because we don't see this level of passion in many videos games now a days (minus Last of Us, God of War, RDR2...etc.) I just wanna see this man's work pay off a little.

Playstation has changed their reveal timeframes recently (mostly since uncharted 4 and Horizon zero dawns delays). I think Days gone is a game that has been grandfathered from their old strategy. Theyre showing less and revealing dates much later now, when theyre sure.

Based on the few games I've played on both consoles. It's not something you need to buy, but if you can afford it, it's worth it.

luiz philipe how? They showed it in 2017. Sony always shows their games a couple years before release beacuse they want to build up the hype for their games and it makes a lot of sense
Playstation has changed their reveal timeframes recently (mostly since uncharted 4 and Horizon zero dawns delays). I think Days gone is a game that has been grandfathered from their old strategy. Theyre showing less and revealing dates much later now, when theyre sure.
