I take pork skins and put em in a ziplock, smash them up fine and use it for breading chicken before frying it and 😽 PERFECTION! Keto approved, not that I care about Keto but thought I’d throw it out there lol!!!!!
I used pork skins as breading for chicken too but it makes a great breading for pork n fish,shellfish as well also for deep fried pickles n mushrooms. You should give it a try
