I really appreciate how Dr. Goodin said he was going to have to edit out the part where his son interrupts what he was saying, but instead he left it in. So wholesome!

Dr. Goodin explains the muscles very thoroughly and provides quality examples of the movements. I like that he left the moment of his kid walking into the room in the video and didn't edit it out!

I liked that Dr. Goodin included not only pictures and drawings of the muscles and their movements but also demonstrated them. It was a great way to see what movements put these muscles into action.

I appreciate the acronym you gave us to remember the rotator cuff muscles. No wonder why conditioning for swimmers on dry land is so important in order to achieve stability while performing in large ranges of motion during each stroke in the water.

I like how Dr. Goodin advised us to do the movements at the same time as we are talking about them. This helps the movements stick in my head. I also thought it was funny how Dr. Goodin's son came in but he left the clip in the video. So cute!

I really want my 'specialty' when I become a PT to be shoulders, so I think it is super important to understand all the muscles that help the shoulder girdle move properly.
