- CORRECTION: In the last drawing, I show the biceps brachii long head originating on the superior part of the scapula, but it's actual origin is the supraglenoid tubercle.
CORRECTION: At the end of the recap, I misspoke. The subscapularis causes anterior rotation, and the other rotator cuff muscles cause posterior rotation.

just me making whooshing and popping noises into my phone, yo.
Am I the only one who thinks that the ways other people (especially this fellow) teach about the bones of the human body, their joints, articulations etc are so fascinating and way better than the way it is taught in class by most professors (especially in Lab classes) 🤔?????
I agree 100% he is awesome!! I learned more from his teaching approach than several other sources.
I thought the same, and surely many here did. In my case, the biggest difference is that he teaches things connected and describing their function, whereas my teacher used to show us completely in separate (bones, muscles) and with no overall description of function. That makes a huge difference in making a student understand anatomy.
Honestly
I couldn’t understand a thing in the lab…had to run here😂
You all are too kind. Thanks for the kind words, and best of luck to everyone here learning anatomy & physiology!
Exactly one of the best lecture i have ever seen on joints
Protect this man at all cost
Haha, this comment made me laugh. I’ll try to stay safe!
What an amazing teacher you are!! I've returned to School at 65 years old and I can say this is the best video I've ever seen. Thank you for the great explanation!

Great information, easy to visualize and follow everything he says and shows, excellent rundown that'll prepare me for my shoulder/rotator cuff visit with my doctor next week. Thanks!
Thank you so much for all the effort you put into teaching. I took college Anatomy and physiology online during covid-19 and it was super hard. I wasn't planning on nursing at the time but now I am getting ready to take the TEAS and honestly after watching almost all your videos I feel so confident. I even got a shirt!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
p.s start teaching Math too please lol
Aw, thank you so much for the kind words and for buying a shirt! (I don't sell merch very often, so it's really cool when someone buys something, haha!)
Good luck luck on the TEAS exam!
As for math, I'd love to do some math videos, but most of the videos I've done outside of anatomy & physiology don't get a ton of views. Maybe someday though!
This is such a great video with clear and to the point explanations!
Amazing video. I have been banging my head with the positioning of parts of scapula and the muscles of rotator cuff. After your explanations, those anatomical complications have turned into a cakewalk. Thanks a lot.

You are the teacher I wish I hard in high school, that can talk to my neurons, not frustrate and leave them in shock😂…., I had PTSD trauma from being pushed to memorize too much, and pacing far ahead of my proper joyful assimilation of knowledge and my inborn genius, …but now, these days🎉🎉🎉🎉
