fellow colorado citizen, and i plan on getting the 43x mos pretty soon here. i am not comfortable with appendix carry and i feel like carrying on the hip just won't be fast enough so this video was very informative. i/m out and about a lot on my won and have come across some sketchy situations. even with my friends where we like to go on night drives, i feel like i'd feel a lot safer knowing i can protect myself and the people i care about. especially at home as im still with my parents and their room is in the basement and im right by the front door, making me the first line of contact if someone were to potentially intrude upon our home. i will definitely be getting this CC holster for when im out and about. subscribed.
I am glad you liked the video and found it informative. I have since made another long format video about the larger fanny pack that holds a pistol with a red dot and flashlight. I applaud you for getting your CCW license. Also, if you are right handed the fanny pack is perfect for protecting yourself in the car. It keeps your gun pointing at the window and is a lot easier to draw from when you are sitting verse appendix or hip.
Two Concerns: 1. You have to have the strap out so that you can pull it but due to that the zipper would still not close 100% where rain can still drip inside. 2. I noticed that you have to pull the zipper to little bit side ways to open it so I am concerned if zipper might jam one day. Zipper do jam time to time.
If I'm carrying in a sling bag or waist pack I carry a larger framed pistol because that's what those methods are really good at. Why limit myself with a small pistol or I'd just carry AIWB. That's just me.

Great question. Driving around town, I don't notice many issues. Sometimes, if I move too quickly, my seat belt locks up and has gotten snagged on the back of the bag if I'm being honest. However, it's by far the most comfortable holster I've worn in my truck or sitting down. If I wear it around my waist, you hardly even know it's there and the seat belt thing isn't an issue.

Every style of carry is going to have its benefits and detractors. If you don't already have your gun out by the time a criminal is close enough to you to demand your belongings and they got a gun on you, you're not going to draw in time regardless.

From what u have read, the holster is made in the USA. The Cordura comes from Hing Kong, and the YKK zipper is Japanese, and they assemble it in the USA.
I'm torn with this kind of system. I somewhat like the idea of it but the young wayward members of society are the ones that brought back the fanny pack popularity. I know for certain anytime I see them with a fanny pack, they have a weapon. I wouldn't want to have the same thought of me. I wish these were as unpopular as they were in the late 90s and earlier 2000s. Then I'd be the inconspicuous, uncool guy I want to be.
I understand your thinking. I live in Crazy Colorado, where we open carry. Having a fanny pack is just more convenient and comfortable than IWB. I don't really have a concern about people knowing I have a gun because it here is the old west and we just assume everyone does.
Seems like a good idea. I wear cross bags and packs and this would be nice for a subcompact or compact. Price isn’t bad since you get the right and kydex holster for the firearm. Seems like if I know I’m gonna be out for the day this could remove the hot spots and pain AIWB can cause over 8 to 9 hrs of constant carry. That’s a poor excuse to be creating a video with a loaded gun, cause it’s your EDC. EDC don’t make it right or safe. It would have made more sense to have a loaded gun if you were at a range shooting. One would hope you don’t also practice your draw from this rig with the same loaded gun in the house too. @gmro-ronosinski5102 I'm a 9 year vet with a firearms license for the state I live in. It was proper handling and clearing of the pistol in a safe environment. Regardless of whether the camera was rolling or not, I would have safely cleared it the same way. Have a good one. It is a very nice rig. The custom kydex holsters are perfect.

The black one definitely looks less like a tactical fanny pack, plus there is Velcro on the front and you can remove the 945 Industries logo and put whatever you want that has Velcro on it. I took the family to the Zoo yesterday and a Halloween party. I wore the fanny pack around my waist all day yesterday and not one had a clue I was carrying.
I'm actually enjoying this more than I thought I would. There are pros and cons to all styles of carry. Right now I'm enjoying the comfort and ease this holster provides verse my IWBs.

Yep! I'm carrying a 17 round Sig with a flashlight threaded barrel muzzle brake and Red Dot in my large bag.

I mean I like the idea of it hiking or camping or trail riding or horse back riding but edc for me it's a no but that's just my take for edc
To each their own. I'm a bigger guy and find this method of carrying more comfortable. Which makes me more likely to carry.

Do you find that the pack slides around once the weight of the pistol comes into play?
