Thanks for sharing this video! I had the Pro added to my cart before watching this video, and omg, I'm so glad I found this video in time! I think all of that stuff that's intended for the front pocket can easily fit into a backpack anyway :) I am also avoiding checking in a bag at all costs so I would definitely prefer that extra 3L of space!

Excellent video. Thank you for your honest review I bought the regular Carry on and was getting envious of the pro. Your review clearly showed how much luggage space I'd be losing and sealed the deal for me. I usually carry my electronics in my backpack and really can't see the use for my needs with the front pocket

Great video! I almost bought the Monos Carry On, but after reading through the reviews regarding the scratches and durability of the exterior paint, I opted for a different bag. So, how has your experience been with the Carry On now that you have had it for a few months now?
Ahhh okay makes sense. Yeaaahhh, I have a few scratches! The exterior is durable, but not aesthetically durable…. What I mean is, it’s not broken or cracked, but there are a few visible scratches now, which are a bit annoying. Other than that though, I still love it :)
Hi what was the return process like?
Hey! The return process was done thru the Monos website. Monos emailed me a return label and I shipped the suitcase back to them in the same box I received it in. I got my money back into my account within a few days. Here’s the Monos returns link for USA: returns.monos.com/#/
