@luislourenco2915 Doesn't mean it does not disturb animals. Also, they do make noises, just not from a motor ... Mountain bikes also heavily disturb animals and they also don't have any loud engines
His footsteps on the path can also disturb nesting birds, so I call chicken little on the very polite but imposing NIMBY, to whom the creator was impeccably polite and patient with. Green eyed monster in a brown bomber jacket!😮
I thought the biker was going to be mean to the old guy but this actually just seems like the first ever civil discussion with this kinda thing on the internet ever
Have you seen where a biker strikes a man on the street? It literally seemed like a clip from a game or smth AI generated. Both were absolutely calm and told to each other what the other one has done wrong and then just proceeded to do what they’ve done before crashing into one another.
I HAVE to hear this older gentleman read for an audiobook. Dont care which one. He could read me the ingredients off of a box of cereal. That voice is marvelous.
For those who don't understand: The gentleman here is a birdwatcher. Birds do get stressed at sounds in their surroundings and bikes/ebikes generate vibrations and noise that could deter birds in their habitat, that's why he said the wildlife part. Not only that, the gentleman asked the biker nicely to not go there or he'll call the police for disrupting a possible sanctuary. For this to be in effect, that area needs to be a sanctuary so it'll be protected by civilians. Seeing as there's a road, the biker might have bluffed that the police told him to go and ride here, of which the gentleman is shocked. Afterwards, he stepped aside and apologized to the biker. This happened in Hawick I believe. He wasn't being a Karen, but an old bird enthusiast.
So a walking person with loud music is good and some chains that makes loud noise with every step, strech, twist is good, but a pedal bike that makes very littke sound is not and whell chair also make similar sound to pedal bikes, so no bikes and whellchairs, great
@@DINO-9843I’m sure he would pull them up too? Since when did we hear him say all those things were ok?. It’s also common for the landowner to be private but allow people to enter their land. This could easily be the case here also. Not all land is public.

This is not protecting the environment rather unnecessarily crying about it. 😂 If it stops the birds from breeding then it's part of the cycle, survival of the fittest. If cavemen humans used animals to ride around that place and it disturbed the birds then would it be called disturbing the environment. And actually animals themselves cause more harm to the environment i.e non native and invasive species which sometimes also include birds.

If it stops the birds from breeding then it's part of the cycle, survival of the fittest. If cavemen humans used animals to ride around that place and it disturbed the birds then would it be called disturbing the environment. And actually animals themselves cause more harm to the environment i.e non native and invasive species which sometimes also include birds.
