Hi, my baby is 8 months now and I’m a first time mom. If you’re an expecting mother and you come across this video, please watch all the parts because I promise it is SO helpful! I gave birth naturally and without an epidural. I was very scared and nervous as it was my first time but the info in this video really pushed my confidence to a higher level and I believed that I could do it. And I did! Thank you so much for providing this helpful amazing video. You’re doing God’s work and have helped way more grateful mothers than you know! The woman in this video is all so really great at explaining, much love!
Yes all of them were so helpful, especially giving birth during COVID with minimal to no support classes. Now we are using the videos for our second birth 🎉
Bro, some places wanted $179+ for ONE VIRTUAL CLASS, that was mostly comprised of slides. Another place wanted $300 for virtual classes... This stuff should be FREE!!
I’m a first time mom-to-be at 33 weeks and was offered free classes (covered by insurance) but due to my work and additional dr apts, my schedule cannot accommodate the offered days/times of the classes. So Thank you for allowing people like me to view this presentation online! I am grateful!
I just wanted to express my absolute thanks to the teacher, participants and tmc health care for putting this on youtube. Due to COVID all birthing classes have been cancelled and my hospital hasn't done anything except handouts. I am truly thankful that there is information out there available free for anyone. Thank you again ❤️
During this pandemic we had tough time educating ourselves on child birth. These videos are really life savers. We just had a baby today and everything went really well. I cannot thank enough TMC healthcare and Marjorie for these amazing videos. We had complete child birth education at home with these videos and we knew everything and aware of each stage of labor till birth. You guys are simply amazing! Thank you a ton! 🙏
Not pregnant... Not planning on getting pregnant... Just love learning about our amazing bodies and bored during the pandemic, lol. Congratulations and may you have a safe birth ladies❤
Due in November as well. Hoping this baby doesn’t come during Thanksgiving, I want to eat damn it lol! I wish you all safe and healthy deliveries.Postpartum as well 🙏🏾💜
I watched this video 2 years ago prepping for my first baby. Here I am again for a refresher for baby #2 due in a month 😊 Thank you for posting it online❤️
i know just about everyone said a year ago about the pandemic stress, but since we’re STILL going through it these videos are helping so much!! very thankful for these!!
With the corona virus craziness all my classes have been canceled. My mother in law, whom I LOVE!!!, isn’t coming for the first month anymore. And I have no friends where I love because we moved out of state. I am so glad for TH-cam and this video right now. Thank you.
We're hoping to do some live videos too with Childbirth Educators. Also, have you signed up for TMCMama? We send out weekly texts based on where you are in your pregnancy to help prepare you. Just opt in by texting TMCMama to 888-988-7894. Once you've opted in you will receive a text asking how many weeks pregnant you are, and from then on you'll receive weekly updates.
Same here in NY and was so excited to start my classes this week. All of them cancelled. I almost cried when I found this page...was so happy. Forever grateful!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽💙💙
I'm in the same boat as you! Living in the states, my family is in Canada. All my classes are cancelled and anxious about doing this on my own (with the help of my husband) but we got this mama! Thinking of you and sending you strength! xo
Yup yall, I'm due in June 😂 next month. First baby. Instead of paying for an online class, this seems perfect. Let's have our pandemic babies, mommas lol
I have never been able to handle videos explaining childbirth-they always make me want to pass out, however, she was so warm, calm, and concise that I was able to listen and finally understand how labor works. Thanks!
Thank you for providing this content freely to us on the internet! Very helpful and thorough. I appreciate the teacher who is clear, approachable and encouraging - and also whoever edited the video. Just started watching with my husband as we prepare to welcome our little boy. We look forward to going through each video of the series and we’re so glad it’s all available for us to watch. Wishing a blessed birth to all expecting mothers and it’s always nice to see the fathers who are trying to be informed to support their lady through this experience.
I’m here because of the pandemic too. I’m a first time mom due May 10th and my class was canceled... I feel very nervous and lost and uninformed. Glad to have found this.
LovesDarkBlue I’m due with my first baby May 31st. I’m so saddened that I have to choose just one person to be in the delivery room with me. So sad I can’t have my partner and my mom at least. I wish you the best with the rest of your pregnancy and delivery!! 💜
I feel you. I'm due next month, first baby. My husband has a son from a previous relationship, so tbh I feel alone because I have no idea wtf I'm doing. And he does.
Coco Charney mine was extremely rough... also I had to be induced a month early, so I’m already 6w post partum now. This class was helpful, though, so that I did have some idea of what to expect or what would happen
This class is priceless!!! Thank you so much TMC Healthcare for putting this together. May God bless you and the work you all are doing. Much love from Nigeria.
So grateful for this! I'm 25 weeks pregnant. I work- night shift. I have a 4, 3 and 2 year old. I lost my 2 month old last year along with a miscarriage. I'm in counseling for losses... this is perfect for me and my husband! We are going to learn this material and take control of our homebirth!!
Thank you so much for sharing this class with us! We are preparing for our first grandchild and felt it necessary to have a refresher course. It’s been 25 yrs since we had our last of 4. I’m a retired nurse and really appreciate your teaching style. It’s amazing just how much we forget over the years. Again, thank you!🥰
These videos have been essential to me, since my hospital also canceled childbirth classes, because of CoVid19. This is a huge public service. My husband and I appreciate this SO MUCH! I feel much more like I understand what to expect when I go into labor now.
This is going to be a lifesaver. Just started the third trimester and I still don't see in-person classes happening any time soon. Thank you for having the foresight to video tape this, and THANK YOU so much for putting it online for free. I'm excited for my husband and I to watch this series, and I can't wait to have my baby at TMC.
Ok, just gotta say I kinda giggles when the lady introduced Brenda and she just sat there staring, no wave, no smile. -_- lol FTM due Sep 2020, we got this ladies! Our circumstances may have changed, but we're not doing this alone. We are all here to support each other during the difficult time!
I've watched this series 3 times already. I still have 17 weeks until I'm due. I find them very helpful and thorough. I like listening while sitting at my desk at work. Thank you!
What a great educator. It’s been such a long time since I had the pleasure of listening to one. She is engaging and a natural. Takes me back to my good school days.
Children are God's form and blessings on earth. May every child have a healthy, joyful, glorified and fun-filled family and friends around to feel love and care. May there be an exchange of happiness and innocent bubbly energy all around the place wherever they are!!
I’m not pregnant, (nor will I be anytime soon) I just like collecting knowledge. Thank you sharing your knowledge with everyone on the internet instead of keeping it behind a paywall.

This is so amazing. I am grateful for these videos because i am from the Bahamas and we do not have birthing classes. It is not normalized and its like we must just be winging our pregnancies or learn from past experiences or people story. So i am thankful for access to these videos.
Than you for having this available on TH-cam. This are my 1st child birth classes and I am pregnant with my second child.... I've learned so much that I'm watching the whole thing again
This is our first child and I’ve been really stressing out trying to find birthing classes as everything’s been cancelled due to Covid. Thank you so so so much for these videos. Puts me at ease.
Very informative !!! I looove the way she took her time to explain everything you can tell she has passion for what she does some people say she took too long but i very much appreciated her passion and thorough detail! I wish i can donate some money to this organization for doing such a great job!
@@ThingsWeMayNotKnow we ended up moving when I was 26 weeks pregnant and then we lived about 15 minutes from the hospital. I ended up needing an induction but the overall experience was positive and my daughter is a healthy happy 9.5 month old now!
You are doing the Lord's work. Thank you so much for this comprehensive video. Birthing classes are so expensive that they are a luxury to me right now.
I'm so glad that this exists. I was terrified that I was going to have to go through labor with only what I read in books since all my classes were canceled.
Honestly, this is the best birthing class I’ve come across so far. I am so grateful that you made this available for all of us. Coming from Europe, I’ve had to adjust a lot to the lack of support and it has been a struggle during this pregnancy. Thank you so much!!!
I recently gave birth. Luckily, prior to that, i have watched these videos and helped me throughout the labor process naturally no epidural or pain medications. Plus, the delivery of the baby ended in just 3 pushes. Thank you so much for uploading this
Thank you for doing this video. I haven’t been to a class since 1986 with my first child. Now, my youngest daughter is having her first daughter and I want to give her the care attention she is going to need... I must say though I have seen all my 3 other grandchildren be born. It’s a beautiful experience. 🦋
Thank you so much for providing this course on TH-cam! As with many others we don't have access to in person courses due to Covid 19 restrictions in the UK. It is a real life saver, literally. I am extremely grateful for this resource at his crucial time.
Deception Detection When I read your comment I thought that there was no way it actually started 30 mins in, but alas, it does! Holy! I also suggest watching this at 1.5-2 speed.
I am so thankful for this video series. COVID Stil has most of our child birthing classes online but they are still out of my price range as I lost my job due to hyperemisis gravidarum. Haven’t been able to even leave my house or bathroom floor for that matter so I wouldn’t be able to make it to the cheaper in person classes either. Thank you for this. New mama due may 2022
Wow! I am so sorry to hear about your HG. That was me my entire first trimester and half of my second. These videos have helpful for me as well both because of cost and the great information! I wish that L&D and new both care classes were included in the cost of our out of pocket expenses (if applicable) or were offered at a discount.
so grateful. I’m in Japan and the classes have been canceled by my hospital, and my city only has one class a month with a maximum of 18 people for... the whole city and I can’t get in before my due date. Thank you so so much for posting this!
So thankful for this video!! I am due July 1st week during this pandemic. Good luck and prayers for all the other ladies going through pregnancy during this pandemic. 9 more weeks to go!!!
You probably had your baby by now, HUGE congratulations! Did this video help You at all? Still no classes yet due to covid and I don’t see them happening at all, I’m scared. Hope things went ok for you !!
Thank you so much for the videos. The instructor is wonderful 💕 I moved to the U.S. with no family or friends close to help. I'm the first one in my generation to get a baby and I'm so stressed out because of that. I'm due in May. There are no in-person resources available right now so this class is such a lifesaver. Thank you!!
Glad and thankful to have found this video! I’m at 28th week and I’m meeting my first baby in the summer! Super excited! We also just moved out of state and don’t have anyone to help us after birth. Always staying positive with whole process and meeting our little one keep us going!
I am a first time mom and have been almost depressed because my partner and I couldn’t find a class that was affordable, thank you for this video and making it accessible to everyone. Thank you so much! ❤
I’m so glad I watched this video. I had more than four Braxton Hicks the other day and I didn’t know that can lead to premature labor.. I haven’t gotten much help or learned all that much because of the pandemic going on. I’m due Oct 1st so it’s good to know if it gets bad like that again to go to the hospital..
Thank God I found this video classes ,I moved to canada and don’t have support it’s only me and my husband ,my due date is November 19 ,only six weeks remaining
Post Covid but working a lot so getting info where I can! I’m only 11 weeks but this is my second & plan to go natural 🤞🏾. Trying to find a prenatal that doesn’t make me sick and learning to manage hydration. Thank you so much for sharing! Excited about this beautiful journey😊💕
This video is a lifesaver I’m due in a few weeks I thank goodness this video was made, Marjorie is very informative and this video is extremely helpful.🥰
Pregnancy checklist from my OB: Tour the hospital. Take in person classes. COVID-19 reality: Research the hospital online, feeling more like a stalker than a patient. Watch online classes, feeling thankful but wishing I had the attention span for this format.
Man. I really wish there were still lecturers that just throw all of the information at you and don't stop unless you ask a question. I do not want to play twenty questions! You're not keeping my attention by doing that, you're just giving me time to think about being distracted lol
@@kyratompsett4409 Right?!? It may feel more engaging for some, but even in person I keep thinking "if I knew these answers, why would I be here?" lol I guess that is one nice thing about not actually attending the class: we do not have to awkwardly avoid eye contact!
Also part of the Coronavirus club! Due in September, and my hospital hasn't had a natural childbirth class open in months. They have a virtual "preparing for childbirth" class that we're doing, but it's not very comprehensive according to people I know who have taken it. Hoping this one will go deeper into the techniques. Either way, I'm grateful this is posted!
I was looking for someone with a more recent comment and I saw you posted 4 days. Do you recommend these videos? I’m 35 weeks and we have been looking for birthing classes and everything is filled! I figured check TH-cam because it’s so resourceful but I saw these videos were posted in 2018 I believe. Did you enjoy it?
So happy I found this video. Having my 1st baby in June & all my classes were cancelled because of the Coronavirus. I have no idea what I'm doing. Thank you so much for posting this video!! Soooooooo helpful.
Im at colombia and i am really thankful about this. We don’t have this courses and we don’t have so many things at hospitals. Also we don’t have rooms for each mom. So cero space to walk In here is just one rooms a lot of beds and all woman there trying to get the baby out.
So grateful to have this info available- for my personal research as I certify to be a Childbirth Educator and to also have in my tool belt as a Labor Doula. Appreciate this being out there for the many who couldn’t get to an in person class! The more we know the better the process. Many thanks!
Giving my first birth next week and have a question. Do I have to take my panties completely off or can I just slide the crotch to the side, you know, like it was conceived?
Update: I delivered my baby on Wednesday (2 weeks earlier than my due date). Fortunately I was prepared after watching a lot of materials online. But nothing prepared me for changes such as limitation of family visit (aside your partner) during labour and after delivery. Never felt so alone in my life. Was so happy when I was discharged. First time mom, so still learning. I wish everyone a safe and healthy delivery in this trying time we are in.

Hi
Thank you so much for providing this course on TH-cam! As with many others we don't have access to in person courses due to Covid 19 restrictions in the UK. It is a real life saver, literally. I am extremely grateful for this resource at his crucial time.
30:00 thank me later
Deception Detection OMG thank you I was falling asleep
Deception Detection When I read your comment I thought that there was no way it actually started 30 mins in, but alas, it does! Holy! I also suggest watching this at 1.5-2 speed.
Bree S. Omg yes! THANK YOU!
@@brees.661 Worked great
I will thank you now. Thank YOU!!!
Having my first baby in early February second lockdown so grateful for This
I am so thankful for this video series.
Can't take a live class so my wife and I are using this for our first child. Thanks a lot you're making us a lot more confident!
I'm due May 31st. Thank goodness for these videos on TH-cam!
How was your labor and delivery?
How did labor go?❣
Thank you so much for the videos. The instructor is wonderful 💕
I moved to the U.S. with no family or friends close to help.
Thank you SO much for making this video available to the public.
Thank you for this! God bless you! You are a blessing esp to those who cannot afford to go to classes with the pandemic going on.
You shall deliver safely in Jesus name. Congratulations Sis...🎉🎈🎊
I'm 20w +5d today. This video is full of information. It's awesome.
Here because of covid. Thank you for online classes. This couples at least have babies 4 or 5 monts old by now. Lol
I'm due July 14th! Definitely needed this information since my class was cancelled
Katelyn Rivers congrats! I’m due 7/14 as well.
❤️❤️❤️
I’m due in November 24th 2020. Literally can’t get to any classes because of Covid 🙄 soooo glad for this video. Thank you.
Did you deliver the 24th?!!
It's great to have online videos but the in person classes have an added layer of connection imo.
Im expecting my 3rd in September and i always love updating my knowledge.
I’m so sad I can’t attend to person to person birth class especially to take my husband, so glad I found these videos
The class actually starts around minute 26:00
thank you
Lol I loved this it felt like I was there! 😆 im currently 22 weeks and 4 days pregnant and expecting in February! 🥰
I have 7 weeks left and this is very helpful, especially when I don’t have any experience with baby and being a first time mom
I'm having my first baby in July. I'm so glad I found this video.
I’m very greatful for this video it’s free and very informative take your time and explain all that you need to it truly helps
I'm not even pregnant or in a relationship or an adult but I enjoyed watching this in case I need to help someone
Lol🤣🤣
Youre a sweetheart
Really needed this because I can’t go to any classes due to Covid & I’m 35 weeks & 1 day so
I’ll be watching these probably the rest of my pregnancy.
Thank you so much for the free class! I know many of us really appreciate it
Post Covid but working a lot so getting info where I can!
Pregnancy checklist from my OB:
Tour the hospital.
Take in person classes.
COVID-19 reality:
Research the hospital online, feeling more like a stalker than a patient.
It may feel more engaging for some, but even in person I keep thinking "if I knew these answers, why would I be here?" lol
I guess that is one nice thing about not actually attending the class: we do not have to awkwardly avoid eye contact!
Since I can't have an in person class due to the pandemic, this class is incredibly helpful
Just finished all 5 videos, I watched many parts 2-3 times over because it was so helpful. Thank you so much for making this available.
This video is a life saver during the pandemic for me.
These videos have been awesome since Covid shut down classes. My first baby and I feel much more prepared.
Due sept 3rd. Getting prepared. I have 6 weeks left omgggg😅❤️😩🥰
This helped me a lot. Gave birth 3/3 and used a lot of the tips you've provided. Did not need an epidural & baby was out in 3 pushes.
Hi khara
Oh thank God I found this video. Due August and so scared 😔
same!!! due aug 13 I am so unprepared but I will use all of me to get prepared in this little time
@@lindsayorange5698 I though I was the only one not really prepared.
So scared, did you find any other resources? Good luck next month
I’m due the 28th as well next month.. I hope everyone has a safe and short delivery. This is my third
I wish everyone a safe and healthy delivery in this trying time we are in.
am 36 weeks and am learning alot from this video as a first time mum..thank you
Thank you for this. I’m due February 2021 and due to COVID-19 we cannot attend in person classes. I am thankful to have this resource.
Feb 19,2021)33 week)
I’m due March 5th 2021
Same here am on 40th week, just waiting for the d-day. 10th Feb 2021
