Almost 2 years later and I found this workout; it was amazing! Love the HIIT style with the incorporation of light dumbbells because it makes me feel strong AND break a major sweat!
Couldn't focus on my online school work so I decided to do one of your HIIT workouts! It was exactly what I needed and I felt so energized throughout! Thanks for making grad school and working out easier!
I only have my mom's old ankle weights and itty bitty dumbbells with me during quarantine so this is the perfect kind of content I've been looking for! Loved this workout
The workout is a blast, I only have 5lb dumbbels at home so far and this was exactly what I was looking for. Planning to get myself a pair of heavier dumbbells in a short time so I could follow up with your upper body workouts a bit more challenging for myself ;-) Thank you so much, amazing work.
Loving this one! I was lying in my mat for about 15 minutes after the workout because i couldn't get up!! The lightest dumbbells I have at home are 3kgs so abt 6,6lbs. Think I could have even managed heavier ones for most parts but I am still sore from yesterday so this was perfect!
So fun, so good!! I haven't been wanting to do anything jumpy the past few days but this got me loving the jumpy stuff again💜 Thank you so much, Kaitlin!!!
loved all the workout movements! although, the dumbbell behind the knee at minute 11:50 didn't really work for me. I like the movement at minute 21:25 though. I could feel my abs burn and it felt so good :D

Me (after workout): 😮💨🤯 (legs shaking, out of breath) note to self, when Kaitlin says dinky, get ready for a killer workout!! But seriously, thanks Trainer Kaitlin. That workout rocked!!!

Thanks for this - I really enjoyed this one but my bum is still sore from yesterday's workout!! I used 8lb dumbbells.

5lbs for the situps, 10lbs for most of the others. If they had been 8 set circuits I would have had to dial it back.
