    Loved this workout!! But the timer sounds were sooooo quiet so it was hard for me to tell when an exercise was done.

      I’m trying to fix that! The mic takes away background noise, including the timer! I tried to make sure I was vocal about when we started and stopped!

      😂 I made it 7 circuits to keep it under 30 min! You can always add more!

      Ah gotcha. I was just trying to understand the format and noticed the last one was only 3 exercises but ill add some from one of your other videos to even it out. Thanks !
