Loved this workout!! But the timer sounds were sooooo quiet so it was hard for me to tell when an exercise was done.
I’m trying to fix that! The mic takes away background noise, including the timer! I tried to make sure I was vocal about when we started and stopped!
That last strength set at the end was a surprise! Nearly did me in! But what a good workout!
