    My mom Found a camera this camera on the ground by my apartment and gave it to me ! Pretty vintage and cute!! And these are $170+ on Amazon so I think it was pretty gnarly that I have one now

    Canon Sure Shot AF35M II - All five of mine are still working, I keep the strap on them and use it, so I've never dropped one. Good cameras.

    The pics look great! Did you use the pre focus at all? I just got one of these and wonder how essential it is to use that. Thank

    I have one of these cameras and the flash is kinda iffy. It’s worked a few times and I’ve tried using it again after but it’s not working anymore. Any ideas why?

    • @AimShootDevelop

      Where the camera is relative to the flash is easily corroded, I found a TH-cam video that could help with that

    • @AimShootDevelop

      the truth I sent the film to get developed and they upload the scans online. Most online film developers send you scans and the original film back.

    My shutter button for this camera isn't working - when I press it nothing happens. have you experienced this issue before? do you have any recommendations or ideas on how to fix it? film will load and advance on its own and the batteries are fresh.

    • @AimShootDevelop
      @AimShootDevelop  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Morgan Stephenson it sounds unfortunately that there’s something wrong with your camera. Although I haven’t had this issue I know how reliant these cameras are electronics. It does suck but these cameras are still fairly priced enough to get another for a reasonable price because they are great cams. Hope this helped

    Hey there! Which film roll you used in the shooting?

    • @AimShootDevelop
      @AimShootDevelop  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the question, I was using fujifilm Xtra 400 film, the simple film you can find at like Walmart!

      @@AimShootDevelop thanks! Any tips on using this camera maybe? :)

    • @AimShootDevelop
      @AimShootDevelop  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@catherinel7778 definitely, you want to half press the shutter dead center on what you want to focus on and then composure with it half pressed, it’ll lock in the focus and metering. Also the lens is pretty sharp so if you have it steady you can get some good low light stuff. Feel free to reach out again if you have any more questions!

      I actually made a video about fungus in the lens
      th-cam.com/video/98WRCX4Dc4o/w-d-xo.html
      Not gonna lie unless you completely disassemble the camera it won’t get fixed, if you got it for cheap just shoot it and see how it turns out. The results won’t come out as bad as you might think!

    Do i need to put in some film just to know if the flash and its indicator are working? Or are batteries enough?

    • @AimShootDevelop
      @AimShootDevelop  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’ll work with just batteries, often times the capacitor hasn’t been changed in a while and the light won’t turn it on, if you have power in the camera leave the flash on for a bit (minute and a half) and fire it and repeat it a couple times, it’ll get the camera back to speed if everything is still good!
