Looks delicious! The only thing I'd add is a can or two of diced green chilies (not hot) to the cheese sauce before spreading onto the fries. Then the jalapenos are optional for anyone who can't handle the heat! This also works for the Nachos Bell Grande over tortilla chips!.

Catherine, you are the only one who has showed me how to make a rue with flour and butter lol.. it sounds sooo simple, but letting the butter sizzle as you put it has made a huge difference! No more lumps of flour in my sauces! Thank you for that😊
