- Students can now make a delicious Paella, with this video you will learn all the tricks for a Perfect Paella-
Ingredients for a Paella for 6 people:
- 600 grams of round rice (approximately 100 grams per person)
- 1 large cuttlefish (can be replaced with squid)
- Prawns and Prawns (at least one of each per person)
- Crab legs and bodies (4 legs and 4 bodies)
- Chicken wings (or chicken thighs, or the part of the chicken that you like the most)
- Pork ribs, or lean pork. (can be replaced with rabbit) (approximately 3 pieces per person)
- 4 ripe tomatoes (can be substituted with natural grated tomato in a jar)
- Flat green beans (amount to taste) (approximately 400-500 grams)
- Artichokes (optional)
- Chicken Broth (Approximately 1.8 liters) (more or less 3 parts broth for each part rice, depending on the type of rice and the power of the fire)
- Olive Oil (If it is extra virgin, better, if not, normal will be fine) (120 milliliters, about 20 milliliters per person)
- Minced garlic and parsley (to taste)
- Salt to taste )
- Paella seasoning, with coloring and saffron (can be replaced with saffron emulsion)
Paella used for 6 people: 60 centimeters in diameter (if you don't have one of this size, you can use a smaller one, but the bigger the better)
Procedure:
1º- Choose the size of the appropriate Paella (The larger, the better the rice will be)
2º- Cut and prepare everything
3º- Season the meat
4º- Add a little salt to the Paella
5º- Put the heat on medium low
6º- Add olive oil
7º- Level the paella so that the oil is well in the center
8º- Sauté the prawns and king prawns and remove them
9º- Sauté the crab legs and bodies and remove them
10º- Fry the meat
11º- add the cuttlefish, put a little salt and fry it together with the meat
12º- Preheat the chicken broth on a separate fire)
13º- Add the vegetables, put a little salt and fry it all together
14º- Add the grated tomato and fry until there is no tomato water left
15º- Add the minced garlic and parsley and stir well
16º- Add the Rice and fry it for one or two minutes
17º- Add Saffron or prepared for Paella and stir
18º- Add the paprika, stir for a few seconds and immediately add the broth so that the paprika does not burn (it could give us a bitter taste if it burns)
19º- Add the chicken broth, already hot (just in case, have a little hot broth in case you have to add it)
20º- Put the heat on high for the first 6 minutes
21º- Distribute the rice throughout the Paella (during the first 6 minutes, the rice can be moved without problem, after minute 6, it can no longer be moved)
22º- Lower the heat to medium-low
23º- Add the Prawns, prawns and crab bodies and legs
24º- Stop the fire when the established time has passed and the rice is well cooked (approximately in total it will be about 14 minutes, depending on the type of rice and the power of the fire)
Total 6 minutes over high heat and 8 minutes over low heat (approximately)
25º- Let the Paella rest for 5 minutes.... and Enjoy!!!!!
The more Paellas you make, the tastier they will be.

DELICIOSA
