Having him say, "She has my life, not me" is another way to me of saying, "She has my heart." It's very sweet considering he doesn't think he deserves any love or happiness in his life.

Funny thing about Cow Girl is she's kinda a noble women in the area. She is the heir to one of the largest privately owned land claims in the area. Her uncle is extremely wealthy and a war hero. Plus his farm feeds the local guild branch.
I'd say a good farmer and a livestock keeper is more applauded and appreciated than a noble tbh. They're literal lifesavers in regards to goods and such

That's one of it. The bigger reason is that the Cow Girl is not a social person, even less so than her goblin slaying "hubby". Her social circle is only expanded when Goblin Slayer started interacting with more people

Elf will outlive him yes, but she has stated he is different and more then just a small moment in a long lifespan, they would genuinely care for eachother and their skills complement eachother well. Cowgirl has always help Slayer make choices and think for those emotions he can’t express, and he makes her feel safe. Priestess is too young, but when she matures and grows older, they would be good together, they definitely understand eachother more than most. The Guilds Woman cares for Slayer aswell, and would always be there waiting for him to come back from his Quests.
Its so sweet of her not to pursue or actively seeking him but casually teasing him. GB may not see it that way but i'm pretty sure he knows what she wants and has mix feelings. He's fully aware of his limitations about continuing his goblin vengeance and his hatred is becoming less potent the more time he spends with his party. He's equally afraid and relieved he's actually able to be slightly normal. Personally i don't think he'll ever give it up not until there's actually capable next generation adventurers who can take his mantle away so he may retire.

Why not go the harem route? These ladies, despite knowing that they are rivals, get along very well and all work together towards keeping Goblin Slayer alive. Seems like if any setting would make sense for a harem ending, it would be this one :)

Elf will outlive him yes, but she has stated he is different and more then just a small moment in a long lifespan, they would genuinely care for eachother and their skills complement eachother well.
Cowgirl has always help Slayer make choices and think for those emotions he can’t express, and he makes her feel safe.
Priestess is too young, but when she matures and grows older, they would be good together, they definitely understand eachother more than most.
The Guilds Woman cares for Slayer aswell, and would always be there waiting for him to come back from his Quests.

Its so sweet of her not to pursue or actively seeking him but casually teasing him. GB may not see it that way but i'm pretty sure he knows what she wants and has mix feelings.
He's fully aware of his limitations about continuing his goblin vengeance and his hatred is becoming less potent the more time he spends with his party. He's equally afraid and relieved he's actually able to be slightly normal.
Personally i don't think he'll ever give it up not until there's actually capable next generation adventurers who can take his mantle away so he may retire.
